Alcatel Vodafone 4G MIFI Device is Efficient, but, there are some areas, where it can improve before they launch similar 5G Device : First, it is not allowing me to change DNS, there is an option for Manual DNS, but, its useless. Secondly, the battery heats up a lot, while charging from Laptop & Wall Socket. Thirdly, the Battery Charge indicator on the Modem Config Page is not showing correctly or has some defect, maybe in some future updates, it can be resolved. Fourthly, its Data Usage Indicator is showing different readings, in its Connection Status its showing less Data Used, whereas, in its Data Usage page, its showing correct readings, its not synchronised. PLEASE DO ADD AN HTTPS:// AUTHENTIC CERTIFICATE BEFORE THE MODEM CONFIGURATION PAGE, THIS MAKES THE MODEM MORE SECURE.

After 5 months of use I am writing this review, the battery life is worst, heating issue, no proper signal when at the same time vodafone signal strength is good in mobile. I can call it cheap product for high value. At the same time I using Jiofi, the device is excellent build quality 6 to 8 hours of battery life excellent signal in the areas where Jio phone signal is bad. Jio dongle came only in 1000 INR. If I compare both Jiofi dongle wins

I found this device Unlocked for all SIMs as described in the product specifications. But I am surprised when, it was delivered in a damaged box of OEM. Thankfully, device was not broken when I opened up the box. Worse thing is; there is no 5V USB adapter included in the package for charging the device battery. Only the good thing about device is, it is unlocked for all SIMs. I used my Jio SIM to try the device. Seller should work on proper packaging.

It connects easily.As it is universal ,so all sim works flawlessly .Only concern is ,if we take break while using internet,it stops.We again have to connect it .

This is an unlocked product and any 3g 4g sim works in it. On time delivery. You can also change the wifi and admin password.

This a awesome hot spot for Vodafone sim . Before that I purchased Airtel universal sim support unlocked device do but my Vodafone didn’t actives got disappointed and took this Vodafone to my suppose the moment I inserted Vodafone sim my hotspot got enabled with wifi

I bought this product few days ago. The product had many drawbacks that are deal breaker for me. Cons: 1. Doesn't comes with a charger. 2. Device will switch off by itself while using Internet after few hours of use despite I connected it to the PC USB for power and Internet. 2. 4G signal reception quality is so so. 3. This a TCL product listed as Alcatel. I returned the product after 2 days because of those major irritants. This product is only useful to those who frequently travel and do not have a 4G smartphone with Hotspot feature. My special thanks to Amazon for allowing the product to return.
