I accidentally bought this thinking it was for zombies, when they clearly state it’s for the original game.. so read more! Unlike me haha. I enjoy the zombie fluxx game so much I’m going to purchase the original so that I can use this expansion. Very, very addictive game!

The thickness seemed comparable to the Fluxx 5.0 cards. The borders, we noticed, varied even in the Fluxx 5.0 cards themselves, so we don’t see this as an issue during play as surmised/noted by another reviewer. What was noticeable was how much whiter the edge of the cards were, so you can definitely see them when stacked (see photos) which made me want to keep shuffling until they were more dispersed. That’s a compulsion the dealer will have to fight 😂 Another reviewer mentioned the difference in the level of white, which I assumed was on the Fluxx stamped side of the cards — that wasn’t noticeable to us under the ambient light we were playing in. That said, I’d still buy these even if I knew about these slight differences, because we do love the Fluxx 5.0 game (which I bought at the same time as the expansion pack) and having the extra cards increases the fun and unpredictability of the game. My 9-yr old who becomes a sourpuss when she knows she might lose, learned quickly during the first game to drop that attitude because you just never know what will happen next in this awesome and exciting game 😃 She came very close to winning that game but the sourpuss attitude never resurfaced during the game. It didn’t appear at all in the second game, which she won with a brilliant play. The rules on the cards were a little confusing at first but I think if we play it enough it’ll become more obvious if we are applying them correctly 🤭

Makes fluxx more fun and challenging. I think I bought fluxx v5.0, purchased in 2018. It has keepers, but not creepers. This creeper pack is about 20 cards: a few creepers and the associated cards to move/remove them. Anyway, it makes the game a little more challenging and adds a twist, so if you are playing the game without creepers and want a little change up, this is it.

I'm not sure what's going on with fluxx, but these cards are a different texture/ material than the original deck. The cards also came warped and it's very clear which cards are the expansion cards and which weren't when they got shuffled together. I'm not sure if the quality is changing or what, but it was a letdown to see the quality change so drastically. I was also expecting there to be more creepers, but I could have looked that up.

I love this game and the expansion pack adds to the enjoyment!

Have so many Fluxx games, this was a great addition to mix up the Original Fluxx after playing do many times!

A bit colour difference, doesn’t matter if you shuffled them in tho.
