So many applications. Research it
Slippery elm bark is hard to find. It is not the powder cut. Has affinity for everything it touches. Good for tongue and esophagus healing when made into a paste with aloe vera and a little honey. Roll it into a ball and freeze. Call it slippery elm candy. Good for constipation issues. Use a little more ea day until you get production. Use a 1/2 or 1 gallon milk or OJ container filled with distilled water. Add slippery elm to container until you have about 1" around the top. Shake it up and refrigerate. Next day, tea is ready. Strain it. Start with 1/3 cup in your favorite tea with a little aloe Vera. Just about 10 in Walmart.

I'm all about herbs do it yourself. This is great to add to your tea for a sore throat.

Excellant
Very nice. Lots of mucilage, nice size pieces of inner bark. I put in a coffee grinder which makes a hair like product. Put in boiling water and boil on lowest heat for 10 minutes. Great product from USA and Organic. Will buy again.

A blessing to find.
I’m so glad this is available on Amazon. The bark can be used as a tea, but I usually just put a pinch in my mouth and chew it. The bark works better than anything I’ve tried to soothe my GI tract. I swallow the gel it creates and spit out the woody fibers.
