San Franscisco Bay Coffee Hazelnut Ground Bag, 12-ounces (Pack of3)

I'm trying to cut back on my sugar intake, but haven't been able to do without sugar in my coffee. Most of it is too bitter or lacking in genuine flavor to do without it. But with this blend, I'm down to one teaspoon of sugar. It has a nice smooth but robust flavor with no bitterness. I brew it either in a French press or a more traditional drip machine--both work well for this particular grind. A friend of mine introduced me to this coffee, and I'm so glad I remembered to ask her about it. It's delicious.Update: I've started cold-brewing this, and I have to say, it's even better that way. It develops a deep rich cocoa flavor that makes it taste luxurious even without sugar-yes, I've managed to completely eliminate sugar! It is equally excellent hot or iced. Love this coffee. Upgraded to 5 stars with the cold-brew.

Coffee was great but the expiration date was too close to the purchase date. Coffee was delivered to me on March 29, expiration was on June 13. Since I bought 6 of this item at present am drinking expired coffee. I was careless not to check the expiration when it was delivered but I think it is the resposibility of the seller to give us an allowance of 6 months to consume the coffee.

Trying to branch out with the various Fair Trade options available through Subscribe & Save, and this is not a disappointment in any way! The hazelnut flavour isn't too strong, though often we mix it with a regular blend of coffee, and it brews up beautifully.
