Is this light dimmable?

This is just the light e27 fitting its up to the bulb you choose if its dimmable or not. I went with the accio smart bulbs sold by amazon and they are dimmable and work great with this light fitting.

Is this suitable for use on wall in bathroom

the fitting is not IP rated for use in a bathroom. However proving the fitting is a certain distance from any bath, basin or shower (ie water) it may be possible to use it but personally i would choose a fitting intended for use in a bathroom.
