Doc recommended riboflavin for migraine management and it continues to work!
My doctor recommended I take this supplement for migraine management. I have been doing subscribe and save with this riboflavin from ForestLeaf for a few years now and I am very satisfied with the product every time. I take one a day, so a bottle lasts me 3 months. I feel it helps with my digestion and I feel it has helped reduce the number of migraine episodes I would get. When I don't take it, I don't feel as energized.For years, I would take it in the morning and I would urinate most of it out (bright, fluorescent yellow pee) throughout the morning/day. I didn't think much of it, and thought my body was at least getting enough riboflavin with this supplement. During this time, I was pleased with how it helped reduce migraines.A few years went by having it in the morning, but I have now been intermittent fasting daily for a few months now and only eat lunch/dinner. Since starting this lifestyle, I no longer eat in the morning, and taking my supplements on an empty stomach was starting to cause upset (I believe it was other supplements that were causing the pain, not this one though). So I changed the time of day when I take my supplements to the evening after I'm done eating for the day, and have since observed my body absorbs most of it now. My urine is no longer fluorescent yellow, so maybe it is absorbed better when taken with food or on a full stomach.Perhaps coincidentally, my migraines only occur every few months now (whereas before this lifestyle change it was one/twice monthly). This could be the combination of fasting and this supplement, or the better absorption of the riboflavin by not taking it on an empty stomach. Regardless of why, I am happy to see that my body is now utilizing most of the riboflavin and my migraines have reduced dramatically. I will continue to use this brand in the future - thank you for a great product!

Emgality Shot to Pain Free 💉
I went from debilitating migraines and preventative migraine shots to maybe one migraine a month. This supplement changed my life. I stopped eating freezer food with preservatives, started taking this and gut support supplements like licorice root and marshmallow root… and I stopped having to take the Emgality monthly migraine shot. I noticed strong smells from candles and wall plug ins would build on the migraine to make it worse so I cut down on perfume smells too which I think helped, but my migraines FOR SURE came from what I was eating.
