Bomb-Proof!
This is a serious swing hanger. These hangers use a brass bushing and a 5/8" diameter bolt for the main swing hanger/pivot. The actual bracket that mounts to whatever you're hanging it from uses two 5/16" bolts. The holes are big enough to use a 3/8" bolt but they give you 5/16" to provide some wiggle room in case you drill the mounting holes a little bit crooked. I'm going to upgrade mine to 3/8" bolts but just haven't got around to it. The only other thing I did was take the hangers apart and put some wheel bearing grease on the brass bushing and on the bolt. It was squeaking a little bit but it's totally silent now and will probably wear better. No worries with these hangers, they are made right and will probably last forever. If the bushings ever wear out it looks like you could put another one in without replacing the whole hanger. They appear to be epoxied in place. Hope this helps.

heavy duty because Dads want to swing too
I bought these to go with the Swing-N-Slide NE 4886 swing seat/chains. The hangers come as a pair and are very solid. They come with all hardware needed to securely mount them to a 4"x6" support beam. The bolts pass through your support beam which is much more secure than just using screws from the bottom side. You use a 5/16" drill bit to drill through your beam. Since the beam is 6" (really 5.5"), your drill bit needs to be fairly long (6+inches). I didn't have 5/16" that long so I wound up buying a 5/16" wood bit with an extension (the big box stores also have 10"+ standard drill bits for $10-12). The quality of the hangers and mounting hardware was excellent. One of the hangers squeaked loudly when swinging so I used a spray can of white lithium grease to lube it (while still assembled) and all is quiet now.One thing about mounting that I mentioned in my review of the seat...... make sure to mount the hangers far enough apart to accommodate your largest swinger. With weight on the seat, the chains will want to space themselves to the same distance that the hangers are spaced at (digging the seat hooks into your side).I'm 250lb and these hangers have no problem. I think the seat chains would break long before the hangers.

Stress-free porch swing hangers
Perfect way to hang my new front porch swing. These hangers were just the sense of security I needed to support the swing as well as a couple adults. The pack of two hangers and all the installation bits were easy to install, strong enough to hold the weight of my swing and two adults, one adult and two kids. Works great, so glad I spent the extra money to get the "heavy duty" hangers versus just a set a porch swing hangers.

Heavy Duty is right!
I built a Swing-n-Slide Alpine swingset and installed these on it. (Look for my review on the entire set.) My children were bringing their families, and I had a number of other relatives coming to visit, so I knew there would be kids form 20 months to 35 years on this thing. I'm pushing 250, and these swings never made me think I might be too much for them. I didn't just sit there either, I gave it a good workout, the only concern I had is the whole set might tip over. :) Every piece of hardware looked like sturdy, quality gear. I don't remember for sure, but I think the swings that came with the set are rated for 150 lbs. So if you want something sturdier, this is perfect. I just realized this is for the hangers only. You have to purchase the swing and chain set separately. I got mine at the home improvement store where I bought the lumber. For some reason, the hangers were cheaper here, but the swing were cheaper at the store. But you have to have the heavy duty swing to go along with the hangers.

Everything you'll ever need to never have to do it again!
Extra duty, and then some! My 9 year old outgrew her original swingset/playhouse so I decided to build a new one for her. Bigger, better, badder! And boy is it ever. I have all the confidence that this swingset will be here and used by my daughter when she comes home on breaks from college in 10 years. ALL hardware was included and I was very pleasantly surprised when I even found the heavy duty connectors with screw closure for the swing chains to connect. Great price for the quality and everything you get. Highly recommend these! One thing i would pick as a negative, if I had to pick something, is that they do squeak a little when swinging. A little penetrating oil will fix this no problem. So aside from that, no downside at all.

Be careful!
I bought three sets of these in November of 2018 when I built a swing set for my granddaughters. This past month (right at three years) one bracket failed, not only dropping one granddaughter on the ground but both it and the chain coming down on her head. Thank god she wasn't at the top of a swing. You can see from the photo that the top of the bracket pin wore through the part. The pin was similarly worn down and would have eventually failed if this part hadn't. A couple of the others showed wear but nothing like this. The way these brackets are built the best you could do is squirt oil in the crack between the two parts. I thought bushings were supposed to prevent the need for oiling but obviously they don't so you better do it anyway. You can see where the bushing wore through as well. This review is more of a 'you better maintain your swing set hardware' warning and I'm guilty of making assumptions about oiling and bushings. But I can't give a good rating to a part of this size and and load rating that failed in only three years after being used by two girls who just now turned 12 and 13. It was never used by adults. I have a cheap metal swing set out back that we've had for probably 25 years and so far the parts look in good shape with only routing inspections.
