I'm not going to make a list of pros and cons but this bench is great for a home gym even for experienced lifters
I normally don't leave reviews but this is the bench that I had been looking for. I searched for months and months but every bench I came across had most of the things I wanted but always fell short. That search ended when I found this bench. I'm not going to make a list of pros and cons but this bench is great for a home gym even for experienced lifters. The bench doesn't wobble or squeak when lifting so you can concentrate on the workout. There are many positions from flat to about 80 degrees. I was looking for a true 90 degree angle but don't find it a big deal when doing military/shoulder presses. The adjustable c cups are quick and easy to adjust for multiple bar positions and the included adjustable spotter arms will help you rep to failure without killing yourself if you bench alone. I can't stress the importance of the spotter arms enough. They will save you at least once. The preacher curl pad and leg developer are also great additions that can be easily removed or swapped out depending on your needs. I really don't use the leg developer but it's there if you need it. Last but not least, the actual bench is portable and can be moved around and used wherever you want. The only bad thing i could say about this bench is the weight limit. The bench can only hold up to a 300lb person and 310lb weight limit on the rack. I only weigh 180lbs so this is not a problem for me but if you're huge or bench a crazy amount of weight, this might not be the bench for you. Overall, this is a great bench that won't break your pockets but also won't break your neck.

He Loves It!
I purchased this bench for my old man. He loves it! He said that he really loves the fact that the bar holder is not attached to the bench. He just put a couple of weights at the bottom to keep it from shifting and it was all good! I suggested sand bags but he declined. It was like having a new toy.

... although it does have few things I did not like.. 1- Once the bench was fully assembled ...
Olympic bench it’s just right what I’ve been looking for although it does have few things I did not like.. 1- Once the bench was fully assembled the bottom flat plate are not countersink enough to bolt in 2 flat screw bolts, flats on one screw bolt are sticking out enough that you can feel the bench rocking. It scratch my wood floor it just cut through the mat.2- Back rest, Cannot set it to 90 degrees, the back rest and bottom sit hit as trying to set at 90.

Solid Home Gym Option
This is a great piece of home gym equipment which, as others have mentioned, should get it done for the novice or experienced weight lifter. Love the fact that the bench is on wheels and can be easily removed from the rack area which makes doing shrugs, upright rows, squats, dead-lifts, and curls a breeze. The rack and weight support arms are very stable, with plenty of adjustment options....side posts on rack for weight storage are a great plus. I am just under 6'5" and, although I wish the rack was a bit taller, I am able to do squats. The bench itself has numerous incline positions and the seat also adjusts to limit sliding. The bench doesn't quite come up to a full 90, but is more than adequate for a seated military press. The bench does not have any decline positions, which is maybe the only drawback I have seen thus far. Parts were well packed, labeling was great, easy assembly. Paired with a 7' Olympic bar, 310 LB Weider Pro weight set. For a piece of home gym equipment, this thing is a steal at around $150.00.

Buyer Beware
Box came practically shredded. Looked like it had been thru spin cycle. Not adequate packaging to protect it, arrived damaged as a result. To make things even WORSE, it was missing numerous critical parts. And to add icing to the cake, they were not even willing to send half the missing parts, rendering the product worthless. Horrible first impression, and I would give 0 stars if possible.
