I purchased this MCT oil about a month ago. I had no issues with leakage when it shipped compared to other reviews.I add 1 TBS to my coffee every morning. It does have a pleasant taste. I’ve been on a keto diet for several months now and I bought this to help me stay in ketosis. If you’ve had luck with this, keeping you in ketosis, let me know because I have not noticed a difference. And yes I have been watching my macros etc and exercise 30 minutes a day. Not excessively like some but I have back issues. Overall, I’ve had mixed feelings as to whether or not I would purchase this item again, but it was good while it lasted.

High quality, no smell, delicious taste- adds a buttery flavor to my protein smoothie which is so good since I add almond butter and cinnamon! It mixes in very well and dissolves easily. I’m on a healthy, weight loss maintenance journey and looking for more energy. This oil delivers! I will be ordering more!

I am on my second bottle of the Caramel flavored MCT oil! It is absolutely delicious! I do feel that I have more energy and it does curb my appetite! I haven’t lost any weight but hopefully it will start helping with that soon. It is a little pricey; I would love a discount…..😂

Tastes great in coffee! I take one tablespoon in the morning. I haven't noticed a big difference but I do like it! Trying new things to add to a healthy lifestyle. I've only used it three times so far.

Arrived on time. Well packaged. I was attracted to the idea of not having to put my coffee in the blender. But I failed to notice it contains monk fruit and I don’t like sweeteners in my coffee. To be honest, it’s not that sweet. But if you enjoy flavored coffee or like to add sweetened flavored creamers like Coffee Mate, this is probably a much healthier alternative.

I use this mct oil everyday. It is high quality and tasteless in my coffee. It is the brand I recommend to family and friends. The included spout makes measuring very easy and prevents spillage.

I have made several purchased of this and benefits are true. Bottled in glass, no plastic, to prevent diffusion. Tasteless.

I liked the descriptions of this mct oil, and paid more than some other brands. Let me tell you, the round bottle is too thick for my hand. And my hand is not small for a women. Plus it’s heavy (32 fluid oz), and slippery, first time putting it, it quickly got out of control and poured out much more than I intended. Today, as I poured it to a spoon (left hand held the spoon), the bottle slipped out of my hand and dropped to the floor! At least the bottle did not break. I lost at least 20% of the oil, and had to do a big cleaning of the floor. Wish I knew this. Leaving a message here for those women who may not have large hands.
