Great for skin & hair
This is really good quality jojoba oil!! Jojoba is super good for your skin, hair, literally everything, and this brand seems to have consistent quality. I've ordered from them for a few years and never gotten an off smelling bottle or suspiciously low quality oil. This is my go-to oil now.I first started using jojoba oil because I was getting terrible dandruff, and I had never had dandruff before. The *only* thing that worked long term (not even dandruff shampoo worked past the initial few weeks) was applying jojoba oil to my scalp every night and letting it soak in for about an hour. Due to how often I was dying my hair, my scalp was getting really dried out and irritated, and this soothed and moisturized it, but when I took a shower and washed my hair it washed out cleanly and my head didn't feel heavy or oily the next day.I also use this as a moisturizer for my face. I add a bit of tea tree oil to the bottle, and then moisturize at night. It's seriously reduced the amount of cystic acne I get; I used to have at least 1 painful bump on my face at a time and since I started doing this I get one approximately once every 4 months and it is much less painful and goes away much quicker. I have never had any acne medication or other skin treatment make such a radical different in my skin!!!

GREAT!
I love this oil! I have been using this as a substitute for body lotion because I don't get any type of allergic reaction from it. It has no scent, which is fine because I can always use a bit of perfume, and it leaves your skin super soft! My skin has never dried since I started using this product, whereas regular body lotion did, and the bottle lasts me about a month or so, even though it is small! I recommend using it right after you get out of the shower everyday because it is much easier to apply to skin when damp. This product will not only leave your skin smooth and shiny, it will also help to clear out your pores, which is a big plus for those who are prone to body acne like I am. You will not be dissapointed if you try it! Dessert Essence products are always the best!By the way, I tried the jojoba oil from Trader Joe's, just because it is more convenient and faster to get than having to wait for the shipment of Dessert Essence jojoba oil from Amazon.com, but it was NOT the same! I did not get the same results on my skin from the Trader Joe's oil; in fact, it seemed to have clogged my pores because my body acne was coming back, which is NOT a good thing! Maybe because it wasn't organic? I'm not completely sure what the problem was, but ever since that occurred I have stopped looking elsewhere. I now always order this product ahead of time at Amazon.com!

Best skin and hair oil
Pure ingredient, no additives, I use this oil as a base to combine stronger oils for my hair, skin, nails etc and I literally love it so much. Highly recommend. Moisturizing, light, not too heavy, variety of uses, mild/hardly any scent and good to use as a base for combining other products.

My new best friend!
I absolutely love this! I bought it mainly because I'm trying to grow out several inches of horribly damaged hair. My hair is naturally curly, and years of harsh shampoos, styling products, and heat drying have damaged my hair to the point where I can't just wash it and let it dry without something in it. It looks and feels like brittle straw. So I did some research and saw that others recommended jojoba oil. I really like the Dessert Essence vanilla chai lotion, so thought I'd try their jojoba oil. After I wash my hair, while it's still wet, I put just about a quarter size amount of oil in my hand, rub my hands together, then pull the oil through my hair, then comb it to distribute it. Then I scrunch it with a towel to get the curl back and to absorb any excess oil, and just let it be. No styling products and no heat drying. My hair air dries with no frizzies. It's not too heavy so the curls look great. It looks shiny and healthy, and the smell seems to turn to kind of a sweet smell as it's drying. I also tried it on my face right after washing it at night, and when I wake up in the morning, my skin looks so healthy! It's also very important to me to only use natural, plant-based, pure products now. This oil is considered vegan. It is nothing but pure jojoba oil, and there is no animal testing.

In my 30's with dry, acne prone skin.
I started using this based on the the reviews on a popular makeup/skincare board. I am in my mid 30s and still struggle with occasional acne and clogged pores, yet my skin has been dry and I am beginning to get some fine lines. Based on my history of pretty severe acne breakouts in my 20's and sensitivity to a variety of popular skincare products, including most sunscreens, moisturizers and makeup, I never considered putting oil on my face; not in a million years would I have tried this before I began my research. Recently my skin has been somewhat dehydrated and I had started occasionally using Retin A Micro to unclog my pores and relieve myself of some stubborn blackheads. My skin was unable to handle this routine, but every night cream and heavy moisturizer I tried either wasn't hydrating enough or reclogged my pores. I read online some reviews of buffering the Retin A Micro with oils, and how Jojoba oil can intensify moistuizers without being harsh on acne prone skin. I am so glad I tried this. I now use it every morning and every night and massage into my skin very liberally. I still use the Retin A Micro about three nights a week right on top of this and I don't get the redness and peeling that I did before. No clogged pores or acne. I will say that my 14 year old daughter has great skin but tends to be dry with excema. She had started peeling from too many acne products. I used this on her skin once, and it looked great unti the next day. She broke out in 3 huge pimples in areas she normally does not get acne. I can only assume this product was the issue since nothing else changed in her routine. Bottom line is maybe try the product in a limited area before using it daily, just to ensure it won't cause a reaction. My bottle does have an official "Organic" seal on the manufacturer label. I ordered the 4 fl oz.
