KEEN Women's Presidio Comfortable Oxford Shoes

What can I say? They're Keens! Comfortable, sturdy, and cute. Great price, too. Always have good footing when I wear them, and never have tired feet. Beautiful color, too.

These are great for days with a lot of walking! Purchased for a trip to italy and they did not disappoint. Did have to add some Aetrex insoles because of my high arch, but they were wide enough and very comfortable. The stiff sole was perfect for walking on cobblestone streets. I did also spray them with a little waterproofing because rain was expected, and that helped a lot. Pair with some nice padded wool socks and you'll be all set for a winter trip in Europe.

The fit is excellent, for me. I have ingrown toenail problems and the toe box is wide enough so that I don't have any pressure on my toes any more. I can stand eight hours a day with no problems, the shoes are great and supportive. I have been wearing the shoes daily since November last year, so it's about three months. They are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in years. I LOVE THESE SHOES. Still I have to take off a star, because of the following problem: Sometimes the shoes turn my toes black. This has happened about a dozen times. I do not generally have sweaty feet. But now and then, my feet get a little warm, since I'm standing all day at work. I came home one day, took off my socks and shoes, and the tip of my right sock was black, and to my dismay my actual right big toe and second toe were black too. Something (dye, I suppose), is coming out of the shoe leather and into the sock, then through the sock to my toes. When this happens I have to scrub the black off with soap and water. It doesn't come off easily, either. There is always some left, that takes some time to wear away. This dye can't be good for the skin, should not be happening, and I'm not sure what I can do to fix this. I don't want to mess around with applying fixatives or sealants to the inside of my shoes. I hope Keen will offer some solution. Thanks for reading.

Very comfortable though the back of the shoe felt stiff when I first put them on. That went away quickly! I purchased a 6.5 Wide and the toe box is ample. I normally wear a 6 Wide in Merrill’s and used the information off the tag of those shoes to figure out what size to order in Keens. The Red Presidios are cute and are super noticeable by others (color may not be for everyone). The price was $$$, but well worth it. Will definitely be buying another pair in a different color.

I've waited a long time to try a pair of Keens and had hopeful expectations. I thought the original Presidio was the best choice. It does check a lot of boxes.... With advanced arthritis (due to Lyme) in my feet, walking is painful. Best for me is a very firm stiff sole. These shoes definitely work for me in that way. The sole is very firm, and there's enough of an arch. That said, most firm shoes should have a quality comfy insert on top. This shoe has a GOOD (not great) insert. I immediately added a gel insert making the shoe more comfortable for me. Some reviews claim the toe box is narrow - I have a med to wide foot and the toe box is plenty roomy (even with the additional insert I added). The sides are stiff and a bit higher than some shoes - honestly they rubbed (hurt) the bottom of my ankles. Those gel inserts help to lift my foot a bit higher in the shoe so that is less of a problem. Lastly, the shape of the shoe from the top is well just "off." Almost seems like there's something wrong, like the shoe is a knock off or a "second" or something. Don't get me wrong, the shoes are comfortable for the 1/2 day I've worn them... but I don't think overall I would have spent this money if I had tried them on in a store. I have foot problems. Plantar fasciitis. Morton's Neuroma. Previous bunion surgery. It has gotten to where my feet hurt all the time, which has lead to much less walking which has lead to more weight gain - which doesn't help the feet. I also have a somewhat narrow heel, which makes a proper fit more difficult. I very rarely buy shoes online for these reasons. I have tried several sneakers and running shoes (and cross-trainers, etc), but even styles and brands that used to work ok don't anymore. I did find some oxford-style shoes I liked, but they cost too much for me. The most comfortable shoes I have are Keen Newport sandals, but even here sandals don't work all winter long, and I needed something I could possibly wear to work. I wear a 10 in the sandals, but knew I would be wearing thick socks and so went with 10.5 (41 Euro). 10 might have been OK, but the 10.5 works well. They arrived Tuesday, and I wore them all through the holiday weekend, which included lots of walking and an impromptu hike in the wooded hills. Definite Plus - wider toe box and ability to snug up the laces around the middle of my foot. Toes and joints have enough room but my foot doesn't slide around. Good grippy soles. Tough enough construction to take some abuse. Sole flexible enough to not strain my foot when walking. Possible Minus - I found the inner sole comfortable and supportive, but a lot of other shoes I've tried had a softer, more squishy footbed. If you want that, you would have to change the footbed or add extra cushioning. After the hike, I ordered a second pair in black, for work. I work in an office but dress on the casual side. The black ones were delivered Sunday and I'm wearing them today, and the fit is exactly like the blue ones. (The color. btw - the dark is a very dark navy, the blue is subdued, and they looked great with jeans. They don't even look enormous, and at 10.5, that is a nice bonus). In short - love them, glad I took a chance and bought them.

I have loved these Keen shoes for years and buy a new pair when that last wear out. I wear them everyday and they last a long time. The wide toe space is great. The internal support is very comfy Highly recommend to everyone

Passt wie erwartet, allerdings wurde die flasche Farbe geliefert, was ich zwar bei Amazon gemeldet, aber akzeptiert habe, da der braune auch schön ist. Der Schuh ist nicht wasserfest, was ich erst allmählich bemerkt habe. Schon durch nasses Gras gehen durchnässt den Schuh völlig. Was aber total nervt ist das der Schuh quietscht bei jedem Schritt. Auch das kam erst mit dem Tragen nach ein paar Wochen. Auf meine Reklamation wurde negativ reagiert: Amazon hätte den Schuh ausgetauscht und den falschen geliefert.

ich trage inzwischen fast nur noch Keen-Schuhe und auch dieses Modell hat mich wieder überzeugt. Der Schuh ist bequem, hat den typischen Keen-Look und eine schöne Farbe. Ich werde auch weiterhin der Marke treu bleiben.

Ein Ganzjahresschuh erster Klasse! Reinschlüpfen und wohlfühlen. Typisch Keen eben. Auch breitere Füße haben in diesem Schuh Platz und guten Halt. Wie gewohnt, gute Verarbeitung.
