Good reception

I bought this along with Thunderpole CB as it was said that it should work without having to get it all tuned up, the trouble is I have not managed to find out if it does, I have driven around on Channel 19 and so far only heard one very short piece of conversation from someone but ever since the air waves have been quite, so I need to find someone with a CB to see if it works, but the antenna itself looks good was easy to fit so I am just leaving a star out as I am not sure about it working, if it don't then it will just be I hope that it need's tuning in and I will have to find someone with a meter, if after that and this is found to be not very good I will come back here and update this review.

The mount is made of plastic and was broken in the box. Looks like if I did get the chance to fix in on my roof rack and if I hit a tree with the flexible antenna It would snap it off.

Does the job

Ne ho acquistate e installate due sulla stessa radio, attraverso uno splitter Zetagi.Il risultato come copertura è quello desiderato (copertura dell'antenna totale allungata nel senso di marcia del veicolo e appiattita sui lati, niente zone d'ombra davanti e dietro a causa della carrozzeria).Ottimo risultato in termini di utilizzo (ricezione e trasmissione) nonostante le antenne siano relativamente corte.VSWR complessivo dell'impianto con le due antenne 1.4 massimo sui canali da 1 a 40 senza dover modificare le lunghezze.Non ho fatto prove di trasmissione a lunga distanza, ma nel mio utilizzo (su veicolo fuoristrada, per comunicare col gruppo soprattutto quando si sgrana un po') non sta dando problemi.Ottimo risultato come ingombro (finalmente entra in garage...).Ottimo risultato, a mio giudizio, estetico.Le ricomprerei.
