So after trying many cheaper ones that claim to be for the Manfrotto Elements MK II Tripod literally none of them worked. I was reluctant at first to pay near on £30 for a plate but trust me, it’s worth it.None of the cheaper ones worked and didn’t even fit the base. This one is sturdy. Fits perfectly. Has rubber lines to protect the base of the camera from friction and scratching. Took it out for a spin over the weekend and certainly pleased with the purchase.Tells you on the underside which way to place the camera (it says lens with an arrow pointing in the direction it should be)Overall pleased and happy so far. Even if it was nearly £30 (but then again I’m a Yorkshireman and tight 😂)

This lovely, anodized aluminium plate fits every Manfrotto tripod I have, including a 35-year-old heavy video model, an 8-year old Carbon Fibre stills tripod, and my even more recent BeFree travel tripod. Just screw this into your camera tripod socket and leave it there, for instant mounting and dismounting to your Manfrotto (or Arca-Swiss style) tripod or monopod heads.Didn't one come with each of my tripods? Sure, each came with plates - though this one is the same as the BeFree version. More to the point, I have more than one camera, as well as a spotting scope and binocular mount. Simplest to leave each and every one plated up!

This plate is way too expensive for what it is & I feel Manfrotto know this but still charge the inflated price because they know that some folk will pay it because they have Manfrotto PL200 plate equipment + they also have Swiss Arca plate equipment. Don't get me wrong it's a decent enough quick release plate & it does work for me on my various Head Units that I needed it to do but over twenty quid for a little rectangular peice of plastic is just a rip off :( If it was 15 quid I'd not be complaining but it isn't so I am ! Come on Manfrotto your products are expensive enough without totally ripping people off with this 20 quid little lump of plastic Pfff.Rant over, apart from the price it's great at what it does in that it allows me to go from a Manfrotto PL200 Ball head to a Vanguard Swiss Arca Ball head & also even to my Horusbennu Swiss Arca Ball head too all without the need to change the Camera's quick release plate... Which is proving very very handy :)

È il secondo acquisto, quando si hanno più cavalletti, treppiedi ed aste di supporto fa comodo averne più di uno.

Ayant acheté un mini trépied équipé tête Arca swiss j'ai du passer mes 2 boitiers Reflex sous ce nouveau format qui est compatible avec les deux modèles, pour conserver mes autres têtes Manfrotto pour 200PL.Le meilleur des 2 mondes en une seule plaque aluminium et de très bonne facture. J'avais un doute sur la fixation au boitier car j'utilise une sangle d'épaule avec accrochage du boitier par l' anneau de la plaque, et bien rien à craindre c'est solide et supporte facilement 8 kg en suspension sans problème. Avec un Nikon D5 son 24/70 et un flash on est pas loin des 3 kilos, c'est impeccable. Donc si vous souhaitez une plaque compatible c'est celle là ! ;-)

Die 200PL-PRO von Manfrotto ist genau der Adapter den ich gesucht habe. Leichter als seine aus Stahl gefertigten Kollegen aber nicht minder stabil und die Doppelgleisigkeit ArcaSwiss und Manfrotto RC2 lässt keine Wünsche offen.
