Great product, helped me a lot post trapezium replacement in the hand. Nicely padded so I wasn't so nervous about pain from being bumped accidentally when out and about, and used the horizontal band at night to keep my hand fixed to my chest so it didn't move (moving it hurt the surgical area * a lot *). Because there are two straps that go on either side of the neck, the weight of the arm/cast isn't placed on a single point, so it is much more comfortable to wear compared to single-strap slings.In future, I will use this product in preference to any other sling on the market.
