Is it safe around plants? Most ozone generators say not to be in the room and then to ventilate it. How long to use for and how often?

What's the function of the two balls? I assume you need them to purify the water. For purifying the air, do I need to put the ball into water?

Balls are just weight in order to let the pipe to stay underwater while you are ozoning something in the water. for air puriyfing you dont need to connect the pipe.

How do you change the power setting ?

This is a one button device - the first press turns it on (standard power), press again for half strength, press one more for night mode and press one more time to switch off. Hope this advice helps somewhat.
