I have been using these for about 2,5 months now, I started taking them to look after my overall health. I chose this brand as they are certified and because the packaging (single capsules in blisters) would prevent any sticking together which I saw may happen with other brands. I have been taking them with my lunch and never had any fishy aftertaste. I haven't noticed any difference though since I started taking them. Not sure if I should as I am not treating any deficiency, but I was hoping for something. I will probably give them another month or two and if still no difference I may stop them as they are quite pricey.

Can take on empty stomach
Didnt want to take on empty stomach but one day I did just to see (masochist!) Anyway, no problems at all. No fishy aftertaste AT ALL. Nothing. These are top quality. Very smooth so easy to take despite being fairly sizable. Can't yet report back on efficacy as I've not had a follow up blood test yet. I will come back and edit if they've done nothing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Prodotto di ottima qualità. Le capsule sono facili da deglutire e non lasciano retrogusto di pesce, cosa per me molto importante. Si sente che è un integratore purificato e certificato (IFOS), quindi dà fiducia sulla qualità degli omega 3. Lo sto usando da qualche settimana e mi trovo molto bene, soprattutto per benessere generale e recupero dopo l’attività fisica. Consegna veloce e confezione ben sigillata. Lo ricomprerò sicuramente.

Allergique aux poissons, je suis probablement carencé en omega3. J'ai toujours eu peur de ces compléments à base de poissons mais celui la ne me fait pas réagir, il ne contient pas les fameuses protéines allergisantes. Les gélules sentent un peu le poisson, la gélatine alimentaire indiquée ne donne pas d'indication mais la certification rassure sur la qualité du produit
