I mainly use it to prepare chicken broth substitute for all the cooking recipe. So far it seems to work well. It’s very potent so start with half a spoon and add as you need.

For anyone who's curious, it taste exactly like waiwai's chicken masala.

Absolutely loved it. Add to stir fry dishes and instantly everything becomes appatizi g. If you could do cross culture of Indian and continental then this is a must have in the kitchen. But for authentic indian food I don't see the usage.

Flavour is good...I love the taste...the two drawbacks are...it contains Msg n the salt is too much...u don't need to add extra salt in the entire dish... If u add little more powder than required, the dish bcums very salty
