Order Ozark Everbearing AND Chandler timed berries
Be ready to order both ever bearing Ozark and timed bearing Chandler strawberry plants. The Chandler strawberry Plants all fruit at one time so you only have to make a mess of your kitchen one time for the whole year to make the best freezer-type preserves You will ever put in your mouth. Strawberries should NOT be cooked. Once you eat freezer type strawberry preserves, you could never bear to put traditional strawberry preserves in your mouth again. You use the specially marked pectin to make Freezer strawberry preserves. The Ozark beauty strawberries are ever bearing, so they provide you a good supply of juicy sweet strawberries for an extended growing period for all other uses. Strawberry plants are one of God’s masterpieces. They are evergreen, stay green year-round, They have pretty tri-shaped leaves, White with yellow centered, quaint, looking flowers, they make their own baby plants along runners and at the tips of runners, the plant itself plants the baby plants by making the runners long enough for the mother plant to root the babies in the ground automaticallt. The baby plants route themselves and even one plant will implant quite a number of baby plants. The bottom most leaves will turn brown, mulching the soil around all the plants to help hold and moisture so that the mature plants and the baby plants can thrive. My son was going to make an Elevated planter to put strawberries in near his garage/shop. I recommended to him, After explaining the miracle of strawberries, that he build a two level 2 1/2 foot wide and 1 1/2 foot wide planter on the Unused sides of his shop with both ever bearing and timed strawberry plants and he loved the idea of having a usable treasure landscape which is both beautiful to look at and totally yummy!

Dried out small and moldy
Last year I ordered the same plants and they were large, healthy and beautiful. This year I ordered and they were in really bad shape - like dead.. I asked for replacement and the pictures show what I got. These were in transit for more than a week, as was the original order. One from original order may live. 3 of the 10 are obviously dead, and the rest have a tiny bit of green here or there. This may in part be problem with using DHL to ship.

Exceptional Plants Exceptional Service
Ordered 10 bare root strawberry plants, received one extra. Guess this company wants to ensure my success. I did not follow the directions included because my plan was to grow these hydroponically. I rinsed off the roots and then put each (all but 2 of them) in my hydroponic planters and put them in a windowsill that receives filtered sunlight 6-8 hours per day. Every plant has grown and has new leaf growth. I will move my plants outside when warmer weather comes in about 5-6 weeks. The remainder plants I put in good well draining soil...they also have new leaf growth. The included instructions are detailed, encouraging, and included a phone number for questions or concerns. I highly recommend this company. Great plants, great service, and fair prices.

This is my second order.
I wasn’t happy with my first order. They did not do well at all. I grow my strawberries in self watering containers inside and then move outside when weather permits. I am in a very hot area. The second order pictured looks very good and I hope they do better than the first. I paid for my second order and did not contact the company. I am an avid gardener. I have over 40 fruit trees and bushes not including the vegetables. I know good fruit. I am looking forward to success with the new ones.

Barely any plant at all - All dead within two weeks
This is the fourth seller I've bought strawberry bare roots from and it provided by far the worst quality. Of the ten sent, only two survived, and they are struggling. When I opened the package, I noticed each plant was tiny, with barely any roots at all. I soaked them and transplanted them the same day they arrived (as I always do with new strawberry plants). A week later, only two have (tiny) leaves. The others have all but disappeared. I'm not surprised given the lack of roots.Other sellers add a few extras in case 1-2 die. This seller not only didn't provide any extras, but had a success rate equal to the other's failure rate. I don't think the seller knows how to properly split strawberries for propagation, resulting in dead plants being sold with little to no roots. They were supposed to be sent dormant, not dead. Needless to say, I need to buy strawberry plants again to replace the ones I bought here, and I'm very disappointed about that.I don't buy 10 plants expecting only 2 to live. That's not even a 50% success rate! Terribly disappointing.Update: All of them are dead. So disappointing.

Bare roots to greenery. Bad communication tho
Most of these bare roots were really great. I soaked them for a couple hours as you would always do with any bare root. All are thriving except a couple dont appear to be alive. I reached out to seller but took a long time to respond. They said they send extras in case their are dead ones. Which wasn't true ,& would only send me several plants to replace them if I paid for shipping.hmm

I received 2 rotten plants
When I received my strawberry's 2 of them were rotten so only got 8 out of 10 plants which was a little disappointing. Fast forward 3 weeks they all died but that was my fault they I left out in the rain so it had soggy soil then got dried out by the heat wave we had. I ordered another 10 plants I'm hoping it will be different this time...

I Love my Strawberries!!! Super Healthy crop!
Wow, wow, wow! These bare root strawberries are amazing! I ordered these plus 20 Ozarks Strawberries Bare Root plants (total 30 plus the extras they sent) and I got a success rate of 100%!!! They are all doing so well, very healthy and green leaves, as you can see in the pictures. And I'm a BRAND NEW GARDENER!!! I just follow the instructions exactly as it states, actually I did cut the roots short (about 2") because I'm planting them in gutters (Yes, look it up!). For now, I am completely satisfied with this purchase, and it was a high risk one for me being I'm just starting and have no idea what I'm doing, but enjoying every minute of it while I learn. Planted them June 6 in cups, the pictures are from June 11, just 5 days after planting them. Gorgeous! Thank you so much for offering these online.
