Basic equipment, solved my problem
The set top box that I use for my Verizon FiOS died. Before I called Verizon to fix it, I decided to troubleshoot it myself.I discovered the electrical adapter was dead. I was surprised to find the EXACT model on Amazon. My new adapter arrived about 2 days later and it worked perfectly. For less than $20, I was able to avoid an expensive Verizon service call.

Same problem! The title and the product picture show it's Model # MT20-21120-A00F but when I receive the product it's says it's Model # MT20-21120-A01F and it DOES NOT FIT !

You get an MT20-21120-A01F with a Size "M" connector which doesn't fit like an A00F
Yes, you don't get what is shown. You get an MT20-21120-A01F with a Size "M" connector which doesn't fit like an A00F! But, go to Radio Shack and purchase a pair of size "N" tips, cut the wires, solder on the new tip, and you have an A00F for an additional $4 expenditure

Part different than what is being shipped
I agree with the review above. This item is NOT Model # MT20-21120-A00F. Despite the picture, what is being sold is Model # MT20-21120-A01F. Seems like a small difference, but I assure you these models cannot be interchanged.
