Does the job
It was 30 degrees today so I couldn't set this up quickly enough. Easy to assemble took me five mins. Cooled the room down very quickly and although it isn't silent it's very quiet and what fan is silent? Value for money and does what's expected. I like the fact it can oscillate or stay in the same position. No complaints.

Easy to essemble and looks smart
I like the fact that it arrived safe n sound to my porch on returning home from work. The instructions were easy to follow and took little time to essemble. It looks really smart, good all round fan that oscilates nicely to distribute cool air flow in warm temperatures not to mention quiet. Definitely well worth purchase - for price aswell as performance so would recommend definitely

Quiet & effective
The fan is quite effective. It’s not loud at all. The only issue is that it doesn’t look like it’s standing up right even when fixing the base.Other than that, the airflow is great & appearance is as described.

Powerful But a Little Noisy
Upon opening I thought there was part of the base missing, so please check all packaging before throwing away. The base was easy to assemble (even for someone with arthritis in my hands), I prefer the idea of the joining of the 2 part base with screws, I am comparing to another fan I purchased which was clip together which took some doing. Anyway, once the base was fitted it was time to try, put it on 3 straight away and wow, I think its very powerful but the downside is it is a little noisy, but I think this comes with the power of the fan even though its only a 40W.

Good.
Good fan. Does what it says. Good price. Worth looking at imo. Not really noisy tho I like some Dan noise helps me sleep. Had it for half a year still fine working. Blows cold air.

Nice and quiet at night... when not switched on.
I purchased this to replace an 15 year old occulting fan that packed up. After reading the reviews it ticked a lot of boxes on how quiet it is, specially at night. So that swung the vote in me buying it. For a cool blower unit for less than £30 it is worth it, but then again for the same price and for less I could have gone for a oscillating fan... I should have. I purchased this fan mainly for use at night during these humid summer evenings. But is it quiet? NO!Even on the lowest setting (there are 3 fan settings) this thing sounds like a damn passenger plane blasting around the room. The unit looks nice and it does indeed expel a nice cool blast around the room. But it is so noisy that the unit keeps waking me up at night, no matter how far away I put it from the bed.The product description states that the base of the unit has "rubber feet". No it doesn't. It has several raised plastic feet that are moulded into the base. No rubber feet are present. If you are standing the unit on carpet it doesn't move about. But when I lifted it up and placed it on a flat wooden desk top the plastic feet started to make a slight squeak sound when the fan was turning as all of the feet are not level.
