Longjing tea, also known as Dragonwell tea, is the world's most renowned Chinese green tea.  Longjing envelops the whole palate with a slightly sweet, refreshing flavor. A classic wok-fired green tea, it has a delicate chestnut like flavor, captivating aroma, and a lovely yellow-green color. Our Dragonwell selection is Certified USDA Organic and of Premium quality.   The catechins in Longjing green tea contain a very high concentration of polyphenols, chemicals that act as powerful antioxidants. These antioxidants boost metabolism and eliminate free radicals, which helps to prevent the growth of both fat cells in the body. Dragonwell quality isn't so great
I was excited that Wu Mountain Tea offered this dragonwell tea at a great price but the quality of this tea is not so great. Only a small portion of the leaves have the yellow-green color - the rest appear to have a more dark green and brownish hue. Also, the smell and taste of the tea doesn't taste like the higher quality dragonwell teas I've tried in the past.

A good price and a Premium Tea
WOW! A nice strong chestnut when it hits your tongue and then goes down smooth. I like the delicate flavors of tea so brewed this for 170f for 30 seconds. The ea leaves are long and wide as soon as the water hits the leaves the aroma is overwhelming (chestnuts).

A very good Longjing.
A very good quality, can't say it's the best because I can only compare it to 5 others I have tried but I prefer this one over the others.
