Heavy, absorbent, not bulky
Perfect, absorbent, and does not feel like you are sitting on a pad. It conforms to your shape. It can last a long time too.

Comfortable and highly absorbent
I have been using Always Infinity sanitary napkins. They have a light and thin cotton feel, very strong absorbency, and the wings fit well.

Favorite pad
These are nice and thin, but much less prone to leakage than most. They don't feel like stiff paper, unlike the cheap pads. This size is great for heavy nights (and, honestly, heavy days)--and also for those with digestive challenges.

By Far the Best Pad I've Ever Used
I've spent a lot of time jumping back and forth between brands and absorbency levels over the years and the problems are always the same when it comes to pads. Either the pad has great absorbency and coverage but is too bulky, or the pad is thin but doesn't have the absorbency, or the sticky parts aren't sticky enough, or the wings are in a weird place that doesn't even wrap around where they need to be. These pads have been the answer to all of these issues for me. First of all, the most important part - absorbency. I'm one of those people who have to double up and use both a tampon and pad on the heavy days (which is most of the days) and I still need to change both every 1-2hrs. This pad has helped tremendously with that and has reduced my changing need to a "normal" 4-5hr window. On top of that, whatever technology they use for this actually fully absorbs the liquid into the pad. Like, you can actually see the difference when you use it in comparison to other pads where the liquid is kinda inside but still on the surface of the pad itself. It doesn't matter if it's a small amount of liquid or a large amount either, this pad literally pulls it all inside and locks it away off of your body. Second, the position of the wings and the adhesive itself is perfect for my needs. Now, I know this may change for each person because we're all built differently, but if you typically struggle with getting your pads fixed in the optimal position like I did - then this might be the solution for you too. Finally, I used to be convinced that if I wanted a certain level of protection, I just had to come to terms that my pads would always feel like a mini diaper. Just in sheer length and bulkiness, heavy flow pads have always been pretty uncomfortable no matter what they try to sell you in the advertisements. This pad actually delivers on what all the others promise. It still has the length to give the right amount of coverage but lays almost completely flat against your underwear. You can barely even feel it there. Plus, as I mentioned before, it does all of that without compromising it's absorbency or ability to stay in place. These are literally a God send. Do yourself a favor and just buy them. You won't regret it.

Much more comfortable than regular disposable ultra thins
I switched to reusable cloth pads several years ago and absolutely love them because they are more comfortable, but I don't love using them when I travel. Up until this point, I used overnight ultra thins whenever I was traveling, but I found them pretty uncomfortable after using the soft cloth ones. I decided to try these flex foam pads after the commercials caught my eye, and I'm glad I did! They are so much more comfortable than regular ultra thins. I barely noticed I was wearing them, and they offered great protection. I even wore them on two flights and while sliding at Slick City (including a slide that makes you fly through the air), and they offered great protection in both scenarios. I still like my cloth pads for environmental reasons, but I will always prefer the flex foam pads whenever I can't use the cloth ones.

Most comfortable pads for medium flow
I purchased size 5 and these are absolutely the most comfortable, flexible and next to nothing feeling pads I’ve ever worn! I was disappointed to find out I can’t wear the size 5 flex foam pads on my heaviest day/days. I thought being a size 5 they would do fine for overnight on my second day, which is my heaviest day. It turns out they will work for medium to medium-slightly heavy flow but not the really heavy flow I have on my second day. I wear them for overnight on my first day, third day, forth day, etc. you could easily wear these during the day as well considering how comfortable they are. They stick great to underwear and are very breathable. It absorbs very quickly and the pad itself is very soft feeling. The wings are a good size and shape. The length is a very nice long shape with a long back for overnight sleeping. On my first, third, forth, fifth, etc days I always sleep comfortably knowing I won’t leak overnight with these on days with medium flow. For my second day I have to switch to always maxi overnight (the biggest one) which is much thicker and longer and less comfortable but it’s for a really heavy flow overnight. If you get up during the night to change your pad with a heavy flow maybe the flex foam size 5 would be ok, but I tend to sleep 8 hours straight. I would rather not risk leaking either. With a medium flow for 8 hours straight these work great. I was really hoping I could stop buying the always overnight maxi pads that feel like thick uncomfortable diapers, but unfortunately these didn’t cut it for really heavy overnight flow. :( I’ll still continue to buy these though I love them!

Attention super heavy flow ladies
As someone who has a completely separate set of sheets just for her period, because no matter what size or what brand overnight maxi pads I wear, I'm going to leak on them, you can't even begin to understand how happy I am to finally write a review like this. These are not normal pads, they are made of some kind of foam that actually absorbs every last drop, and they are so thin that they hug to your body so blood does not just run down the side of the pad and onto your sheets. I have fibroids that grow back so quickly that I stopped having surgery to cut them out. But as a result, my periods are incredibly gory and I pass blood clots every cycle. I know that's TMI, but I know there are women out there like me who have frighteningly heavy flows who are looking for an honest review to tell them what pads will actually help them! This is it. I will never stop using these.
