Q: HI, are you able to somehow switch the patterns while spinning? or must you stop and change it?

Hi there! Store Owner Here Yes if you put this glow stick on the "shuffle" color mode or the "demo" pattern option the light will automatically change colors or patterns on it's own, which is described in easy terms on the included instructions sheet. :-) Kind Regards From UltraPoi

Q: Ad says it comes with a single ultraleash, but don't i need 2? i assume it's one leash per hand, right? do i need to buy an extra leash seperate?

Hey there! The Double Helix Poi come already fully assembled with 2 poi both having the UltraLeash fully setup. UltraLeash = 2x cords, 2x handles, 2x swivels and rings. So no you would not need to buy any other leash seperate. Hope this helps! Kind Regards from UltraPoi

Q: Can you program your own images? A uab perhaps?

The Helix Poi come pre-loaded with many beautiful color modes and strobing patterns. Although this poi set can have custom color combinations programmed by the user via the buttons, the glowstick itself does not have usb image upload capabilities, but it is still extremely fun and a great value.

Q: Has anyone tried using these for rope dart?

Hey There, Thanks so much for messaging us, and taking interest in Helix Poi. This product could easily be modified to produce a rope dart with two heads or even two separate rope darts with one head each. We will let you know that you would most likely need to find an additinal rope to go with your dart since the leash that comes with this product set is meant for spinning poi.
