Not suitable for African greys
Extremely high sunflower seed content. Not recommended for African greys. Was not eligible for return either I had to get a call back to organise a refund. Amazon handled it brilliantly but i really would have received a siitable feed for my girls.

This parrot food Is just what he needed and he devours it It's a mix of all things good for African Greys

Shadow loves it.
This food is adored by my African Grey parrot. I've found most other food is full of the nuts that don't contain the goodness the parrot needs and has very little of 'the good stuff'. This food has a good balance. I've now bought this mix several times. It is always packaged in an air-tight, resealable bag and then well packaged for delivery. Delivery is always prompt and I believe the price is descent. It contains a good variety of nuts and fruit and the food already has the calcium included (according to instructions).
