Easy to swallow, accomplished my goal
My liver numbers were higher than normal range. After two and one half weeks taking one a day my number Dropped to midway in the scale being okay again. Very impressed

No more pain
I have spells of upper side pain which I always attributed to gallbladder problems and I would take a couple doses of olive oil for which helped. But the spells were coming more often and I have a fatty liver and decided to try milk thistle. I like Andrew Lessman's products because of the quality and safety care that goes into them. These capsules are wonderful! No more spells at all! I ran out one time for a little while and I got the pain again. Needless to say, I will be taking these from now on. Thank you Andrew Lessman.

Andrew lessman has best supplements
My husband uses cheap brand fish oil for his cholesterol. I use this brand. With statin med and Andrew lessman my lipid values are all normal. I’ve talked him into trying these. His lipid values are all extremely high and he’s on maximum dose statin drug. I’m anxious to see what happens. He’s only on day 3 of taking and gets blood work in 6 months. There is no after taste like Mose fish oil and capsule is a little smaller than the large in less expensive capsules
