This is great for my cast iron cookware. I bought this because it can go in the dishwasher. It has a really good feel to it compared to my wooden handle version.

Great little flipper. My wife thought it was a rip off but I don't think she will be singing that tune 20 years from now when I'm still using this thing. I've got serveral Dexter items and they all work great and last forever. It's not exactly elegant but it works great.

This is the perfect spatula. I use it to turn pancakes and other stuff on my cast-iron Lodge griddle which I use on my modest home kitchen stove. Then chuck it in the dishwasher and be done.Folks, if you have seasoned restaurant-grade cookware and restaurant-grade spatulas you don't need silicone, teflon, or other melty-burny-bendy treat with care materials for your spatulas or cookware surfaces.I have found that you can't go wrong with Dexter-Russell. I first bought a couple of reasonably-priced D-R knives at a local restaurant-supply 10 years ago or so when I was finally fed up with the high-priced snobby crap that you couldn't toss in a dishwasher. I'm more interested in having durable, highly-functional tools for making decent food than in showpieces.

It’s the perfect spatula for most everything. Made well and has “that feel.” It will be your go to. My husbands personal favorite. Having the right tools on hand when in the kitchen, makes cooking so much easier and fun.

My fiancé wanted a high quality spatula and he only uses this one now. It’s very sturdy and the metal part is thin so it’s easy to scoop it under food instead of the food just being pushed around like most plastic spatulas do. I would recommend this to anyone for everyday use
