Great bluetooth ergonomic keyboard that can switch between multiple devices.
With the tenting accessory it's a great ergonomic keyboard. Native Mac layout and labels, with an additional forward delete key which is a plus for me. I also like the big Esc key after a couple days of adjusting muscle memory. Pressing FN switches between F1-F12 mode and special keys mode (volumes, play/pause etc.) with LED indicator which is also very nice. It does not have numeric key pad thus has smaller size, which is exactly what I want but might be a concern for some people. It connects easily with MacBook and can be used to wake up MacBook and input password. Also works with Windows but with Windows and ALT key in reverse positions. There're lots of ways to remap keys in Windows so if it's an issue it can be easily sovled. All in all, it has none of the different small issues I had with other wireless keyboards and I'm very happy about this. The best part is, it can switch between bluetooth connections with 3 different devices. I recently started using it with a MacBook and a Windows laptop connected with the same monitor. With 2 bluetooth mouses I can switch between two computers relatively easily. It works as well as a USB switch box and without wires the deal with. I used a few USB switch boxes before for keyboard and mouse, and they all had occational issues, but I have not had switching issue with this keyboard so far.It really satisfies all my needs and I feel lucky to find this one.

Works OK but takes some getting used to
It's a decent keyboard and has fairly nice key action but takes some getting used to. The problems I've run into are:(1) The extra home/end/page-up/down/etc keys on the right and to a lesser extent the extra function keys on the left are constantly getting pressed by accident since I'm not used to having these keys being present. I also find the arrow keys harder to use because of this. For me, it would be better to have those more separated like on most keyboards. Also related to this is the dinky right Shift key which trips me up from time to time. It is hard to find and too easy to end up pressing Return instead. Position of Esc key is also a bit off. I'm sure I'll eventually get used to all this, but most people will probably find these things odd as well.(2) The F-keys at the top always require pressing the 'fn' modifier key to get F1->F12, which is annoying for my pattern of use. It would be nicer to have a way to lock the 'fn' key; I just ended up remapping keys in the software where this mattered and didn't investigate further.(3) A more minor nit is that when I wake my Mac, the keyboard is asleep as well, connects to bluetooth and the screen goes blank again and I have to rewake the Mac. Maybe an OS X 10.9 bug, but I am not sure.(4) Also a bit odd is the fact that the connecting cable for the two segments seems to want to lie under the right segment, right where the bluetooth connect button is, which then gets triggered when I type. At first I thought it was broken until I realized what was happening and man-handled the cable into a better position.

I'm usually picky about my tech, but this keyboard hits just right in every single way
I'm really impressed with this keyboard. As one who is facing carpal tunnel issues, this keyboard has reduced my wrist discomfort in major ways. The overall design is awesome and the keys are really nice to type on. I will say that, depending on your current keyboard, it may be a bit of an adjustment using this keyboard, especially if you use the tent kit to angle it. But after a pretty small amount of time, you'll find it is very comfortable and familiar to use. Battery life is great, charging is quick, and overall I'm very pleased with this keyboard. I'm glad I purchased.

works but with tons of room to improve
First of all, this split keyboard works! I feel more relaxed in typing with my shoulder opened. However this product has tons of rooms to improve.- The connection button is on the bottom of the keyboard. Apparent this is not a very smart design.- The keyboard is bulky. Too big and too thick.- The keyboard should have slope to make hand more comfortable.- The wire connecting the two parts are too thick and hard.- There is no need to make the joint that connecting the two parts.- The bluetooth connection setting is not designed friendly.- The keyboard is loud.- The locater on F and J keys are too small to feel.- The keyboard is ugly.- The keyboard is too expensive.- It is a good idea to have a travel bag. It supports three bluetooth devices, people may take it to use at home, at office ... why not make a travel bag that can hold it?- I hope there is wireless connection between the two parts.- Using the normal keys to control which device to control is a bad design.Unfortunately this is the only split keyboard that I can find in the market. I buy it for my shoulders ... I will see if that really helps.I don't know the battery life yet.

Excellent keyboard
I'm on my fourth Kinesis Freestyle 2. I have one at work and one at home - both wired. I lost one keyboard to coffee but the others have been great. At home, a new workspace made a corded keyboard problematic, so I got this bluetooth one. The keyboard is as good as the wired ones and I'm loving it.Bluetooth connectivity out of sleep is a little laggy but once everything is awake, things are great. I'm using this with two Mac. I have synergy+ running to be able to use a single keyboard+mouse for both my Macs. This keyboard works great with this setup.
