Purchased this set for my daughters 9th birthday party. 25 worked and 5 didn't even turn on the batteries were corroded... For the price of these I wish they all worked at least. The package was busted open as well so they were all over the box and they all are curled so they don't blend into hair well...

Very disappointed! Half of them didn't work and wouldn't light up, when I received the package as you can see in pictures they were just threw in the box and the package they were suppose to be in was just laying in the box. One of them was also broken as u can see in pictures. I can't believe this was even shipped out like this, makes Amazon look bad.

I got these to wear to a glow party and one was a dud. Which was ok since I only ended up wearing a couple that night. So much fun! Really hard to hide the battery pack, but it’s not very noticeable if it’s dark.

These worked for what I needed: an intergalactic costume, but they definitely do not function as picture would have you believe. They don’t lie flat at all or blend with your hair. They stick out, super stiff and kind of bent into the shape of the package they came in. It ended up giving me more of a headdress for my costume, which was great.

I got two packs of these (to share with my niece and my husband's sister), and several of the 20 weren't working when I received them. :( One dropped only about a foot to the floor on Christmas Day and broke and my husband couldn't fix it, so they break quite easily. That said, they look pretty neat, attach easily, turn on and off easily (and not with a button that you have to worry about turning on accidentally during travel), and the ones that didn't break before they got to me or on Christmas Day were still working all through New Year's Eve celebrating and had been used several times prior, so the batteries they came with seem to be pretty good.

The lights do flash but they are quite bulky when clipped into the hair. They flash at the top but arw hard to see on the strands. I have blonde straight hair and it looked like I had big flaking spots all over my head. They are bot comfortable either. I returned them due to bulk and comfort.

I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't this. One of the ten didn't even work. These are very large barrettes, nearly impossible to actually be hidden under your hair (unless maybe you have a lot of really thick hair). The barrettes were also so heavy that they just slid right down my hair. I couldn't get enough hair squeezed into the barrette for it to actually hold without popping back open. Sooo... these were useless. pretty, but totally unusable, at least for me with fine, thin hair.
