Understanding and Managing Organizational Behavior

Great insight offered

This book was so easy to relate to this semester. I really enjoyed having this text book as support for my Behavioral/Organizational course. It's a rental, but strongly considering purchasing it to add to my Library for reference!

A very good lower-cost alternative to the regular bound version. It comes 3-hole punched which is nice. The price is really the reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 2....the paper is pretty cheap. It's very thin and torture to flip through. I even bought a way too expensive binder and still have to be careful and semi-deliberate when turning pages so they don't rip. But it was $70 less.

I was required to purchase this book for my Management class. I haven't used it much but it arrived in good condition. Buying/renting textbooks from Amazon always seems to be cheaper than a lot of other sites and definitely cheaper than buying from a school bookstore.

Looking to rent a book and don't care for quality/sanitation from Amazon? Well this rental is for you! It seems the previous renter loved cutting their toenails! How do I know? They kept them between pages of the book. Really gross. If you want to risk catching something from a book, recommend these rentals!

Upon purchasing it stated that it may take up to two weeks and that part was understood. Most shippments can't be done too quickly. However, I needed the book for a class and after two weeks expired, I had to email the supplier to find out there had been a problem with my order. It showed up a week after but I was still upset that the delay wasn't revealed before my email inquisition. What I ordered is to my expectation but I'm a couple weeks behind in class as a result of the delay and If I'd known of the issue, I could've planned accordingly.

This book was my savior. I passed the my class with impressive grade of A plus. I could not make it if I could not buy this product from you
