I've been doing music festivals for some time and have used the biggest size static-v hiking air mattress for three or four years. This year my girlfriend agreed to come to Bonnaroo as her first, and I wanted to make her comfy. I used a standard but cheap air mattress four or five years ago for several festivals and ultimately gave up. Every night I re-inflated and every morning my butt would be flat on the ground in the center of the mattress. The Halo external battery with AC plug I purchased for this air mattress didn't work and kept blowing its fuse so I had to use a battery powered pump, but once inflated this was nothing like any air mattress I had used before. We topped off air twice over six nights, and even as it got squishier it seemed to get squishier overall, and not sag in the middle. And this was with two adults sleeping on it every night. Combined with the new dark-room Coleman tent I bought my girlfriend went from dreading "camping in a field" to finding it pleasant, and along with the rest of the experience was open to coming back.I am very happy with this purchase, I hope it will not spring any leaks and continue to serve me for years to come. Have fresh batteries if you're using a battery powered pump, this thing does take a while on the initial inflate.

Bought this as a guest bed for our small apartment, for when family comes to visit. It’s tall and comfortable, fits normal queen sized sheets, and is easy to use. Did not have the loud whistling noise some other reviewers mentioned, so I’m thinking theirs just had shoddy pumps. Ours was no louder than a normal vacuum and was quick to inflate anyway. The natural expanding of the PVC material does mean it has some minimal deflation the first time using. We aired ours up in the morning, and had it expand all day before our guests arrived that night. We had to top it off maybe twice during the day, but our guests did not complain of deflation through out the night. The second night, we did top it off again. Instructions do say this is normal, and not caused by a leak, but just due to the material expanding. It wasn’t a problem for us. This air mattress was the best we’ve ever had, and could not believe we got it for such a good price!

My Tempurpedic mattress reached end of life and wow, I was in pain. After a night on my sofa, I remembered I had bought this and put it in the closet. I pulled it out, read the simple instructions and had a perfect bed. I slept 11 hours on it. It didn’t lose any noticeable air. I love the height of it. It was very easy to get on and off. It’s worth every penny. My new mattress arrives in a few days but this is what my guests will sleep on. It’s even convinced me I don’t need a regular spare bed. This is it!

I bought this air mattress to sleep on full time while we move into our new house and wait to buy a bed and transition into the place. We are undecided about what type of bed that we are going to get so I decided to go this route, so we don’t make a mistake and get stuck with a huge purchase. The first night we slept on the mattress it deflated twice about two hours both times that we were sleeping on it. We woke up on the floor almost both times, I had to get up in the middle of the night and blow up the mattress twice. The built-in pump works fantastic, but this was very annoying, and my wife wanted to send it back. It happened again two hours later. I told her the directions said the mattress was stretching and this was normal. The second night we slept on the mattress it held the air a little better and I blew it up very tight before hand and it only gave out a little. The third night it did not give out at all. The reason that I give this product 4 stars and not 5 is that the manufacturer knows that this is going to happen. Why don’t they pre-stretch the mattress then so it holds the air when the customer gets it? They probably get a high rate of returns by people that don’t read the directions.

I like the fact that it's easy to inflate and use. It comes out the box pretty ready to use in less than 15 minutes it's up and ready to go. I had to use it in a pinch my new mattresses weren't delivered on time and the couch wasn't comfortable at all. Then I remembered OH, I got the air mattress and got it out and setup in less than 15 minutes. After sleeping on it for one night I can say it's firm and comfortable, it didn't move when I moved. The height of it is great it didn't feel like I was sleeping on the floor but in an actual bed. There were no problems getting in or out of it. I will definitely buy this again it's great to have around for an emergency.

My dad always said… you get what you pay for. So true with this mattress. My in-laws were coming to stay with us in our new house. We weren’t ready to finish the guest room quiet yet and we were shopping for an air mattress. Came across this air mattress as an Amazon Treasure Truck sale. We certainly know now why it was a “treasure”. They were off-loading a crummy product. The first visit the air mattress was mostly fine-lost a little bit of air overnight but we assumed that was normal. The next visit was so embarrassing! My in-laws woke up in the middle of the night on a collapsed air mattress. They filled it again but woke up on the floor again early in the morning. The fill valve is faulty and doesn’t seal. Likely an ongoing issue with this air mattress and why it was being sold off so cheap as a Treasure Truck item.

I bought this for conventions where I need to share hotel rooms and I have to say, despite being a BIG person (tall and heavy) I am thoroughly impressed with this. I've only used it for a few nights so far but with the exception of it losing a little pressure over night it was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Inflation is loud but fast and the deflation feature really helps with getting packed up to go. The storage bag is another matter entirely, cheap, poorly made, does not fit well, the seams were all destroyed after the first use so plan to find an alternative if you want to take it with you.
