Pleased with item with the exception of the instruction manual not being present in the dvd case

The missing link... being told how to do it!
The plate I bought didn't have much in the way of information, a wall chart which took some examining to get the hang of what to do, a food and nutrition guide which anyone exercising would/should/ought to know anyway. This CD is definitely worth the extra for the guidance it gives. It's practical and easy to understand and I'm sure I get more from my vibration plate because of it.

It does what it says. Brilliant companion to your Vibrapower Slim 2 plate. Three levels of difficulty plus warm up and cool down all in a 10 minute high intensity and low impact routine. The plate does it all.

quick n easy workout but very effective
great value and quality, very effective for a 10 min sessions of exercise, came with a video, has speakers, picks up music from my phone. love it, would highly recomment.
