I'm so glad I found this product!! I've been looking forever it seems to get something that does what it says. So many diet pills out there that don't work. I've got fibromyalgia and even though it's under control, I've gained quite a bit of weight the past few years. As exercising routines can come and go depending on how I feel, I wanted something to just help curb my appetite. This has def done that!! I would eat breakfast and then be feeling ready to pass out in another hour or so to eat a snack and then famished by lunch. I take one of these in the am and 1 in the pm and it really helps!! Now I can eat breakfast and at a decent time to have a snack I can but I don't feel like I have to have it, I don't feel jittery or hangry. I just wanted something to help aid in not gaining more weight so now that I found this I hope it will help my exercise routine help shed some weight.

These really helped with weight loss and appetite control. They are high in arganine, though so if you get cold sores, you'll need to take lysine to counteract the arginine. Otherwise, very happy with results!

I haven't got into my exercise routine yet but with the help of this product, I lost five pounds in one week without doing any! I haven't been hungry, I feel better and I do seem to have more energy. After chemo last year I needed a little more energy and it's coming along. Now losing weight is the big thing since taking radiation I gained twenty some pounds and I want it gone-this I believe is going to help me greatly since it already is. I have been using this product for 2 weeks. It has not suppressed my appetite or boosted my metabolism. I work out several days a week and my eating habits are not bad, but could be cleaner. I was taking ACV pills before, which worked excellent as an appetite suppressant. I just decided to switch things up to see if I could find a supplement that would also increase my metabolism. I'm going back to my previous routine. I would not recommend this product.

This product is helpful on a fitness journey for sure. It suppresses appetite and seems to aid in fat loss. I use these in addition to weight training 4x/week and HIIT so I definitely recommend this in addition to working out. I started losing inches around my arms and my face was less puffy after about 3 weeks of taking. My appetite is the biggest difference I notice though. I have no interest in my usual cravings and I get full off very small portions. I recommend it, it’s not magic but I haven’t stopped taking it and I’ve seen gradual but steady differences.
