Overall I think these work great for my “runners knee.” I do have skinny legs so I have to adjust them and make them tight. I use a sock between my legs and straps because it hurts and leaves me a mark if I don’t. Wearing pants, no one is going to see the sock lol. I think for them to work they have to be tight to support under the knee cap. They have really helped me and I don’t have as much pain like I used to daily. Idk if I should, but I even wear them to sleep and I don’t cramp up at night. Only giving 4 stars because I wish it had better coverage on the back of the strap to not leave me a mark (and not have to use a sock). 😂

I recently was injured at the gym and after a few weeks of being unable to walk without crutches, I was diagnosed with Hoffa's Syndrome in my left knee in addition to the patellar tendonitis I have in both knees. As an athlete and avid exerciser, it's been a brutal experience to have my mobility massively reduced. After my official diagnosis was shared earlier this week, my doctor suggested taping for the Hoffa's Syndrome and knee bands for the tendonitis, so I picked up these hoping they would help me be more mobile while I go through physical therapy. I put these on this morning and all I can say is - WOW! These REALLY work. I haven't walked without crutches in almost 5 weeks, and these are making it possible for me to walk around my house and cook, clean, etc - I literally cried tears of joy when I felt the relief! Cannot recommend these enough!

I had runners knee a few weeks before my first marathon and I decided to buy these due to seeing the solid reviews online. Wow! What a difference maker! I did a few test runs and they definitely helped my knees not experience as much pain. I ended up wearing them for my marathon (I’m not that fast and as I ran a 4:17 marathon) and they stayed on the whole time. There fit well and there was no chafing either! I highly recommend these for runners! Plus the price point is super reasonable!

I bought two of these since i gave away my other one to my brother. I kinda like the other one better. This one is good enough, but i feel the one from Curad is a bit better. I think it also has a magnetic element on that one. But this one is good enough. I plan to use it for a while.

These are just ok for my needs. I wrote them to do a workout and had them pulled as tight as I could and I didn't feel they really have me the support I was hoping for. I also want to wear them under jeans and I think they are too bulky. I thought they would be flatter. I will wear them with shorts doing yard work and continue to look for something with a little more support and flatter for a miniscus tear.

They work ok but over time stretch out

I had a kneecap injury mainly due to my weight. The usual knee brace was extremely uncomfortable because I carry a lot of weight in my thighs. This did more to support my knee than the brace and was much more comfortable. Because of it's size I didn't think it would help, but I was short on options. I'll admit when I'm wrong. This works surprisingly well. You may want to put a cloth between the back strap and your skin. I did have some skin irritation there.

I like these for when I just need knee support for both knees or even one above and one below my knee. They are lightweight, secure, large enough to go around even a large knee and lower thigh area. They were worth the money and I would purchase again.

I am sure the results people will get from these will vary quite a bit based on the specific injury they have. I had meniscus surgery about 10 years ago, and while my knee had generally been pretty good it had some stability issues even with constant physio work. I hike a ton and through this hiking season I started developing more pain than I had in years, which aging likely finally contributed to. I felt an immediate difference as soon as I hit the trails wearing these. Enough so that in combination with hiking poles I have hiked with practically no pain through the tail end of this season.As for the braces themselves, I had put about 200km on my first set with no issues. I only ordered a second set because I lost one. They seem well made and I have had no issues.

First the good.Sits well and doesnt slide like i thought it would. And sits in the correct spot.Arrived in a very quick and timely manner.Now for the bad.Does not give me any relief in pain in the knees when exercising.First day wearing it and my knee buckled and it didnt do anything. I thought it was meant to stop that?Not sure what it is meant to do but it isnt doing it.I'll keep trying it for a week or so. And use it for some excercise and keep an open mind but not looking good.

I am using the sleeve type of knee brace. I find that after using it for 5 to 6 hours (golfing) my knee is fine but my calf muscle hurts from being restrained for so long. I figure this would protect my knee and not hinder my calf muscle.

These are a great improvement over the traditional supports/straps. The buckle helps to tighten the strap and keep it snug in place. The neoprene material (or type) really make for a comfortable fit. All this and you get TWO!! 2 at half the cost of the traditional strap...that doesn't work as well as this one. You decide!

This was the third or fourth knee aid I tried. It works beautifully, is not bulky and has alleviated a lot of sleepless nights due to knee pain. Highly recommend you try it. Best value for money in my opinion. I have large legs so it's velcro closure lets me adjust it to whatever size I need, even super large.
