I chose this probiotic because it was mentioned in an article that it could help the gut while eating a low calorie diet. I think it works, but it is hard to review a supplement.

Have been taking this probiotic for about a year, and what a difference they make in how I feel. I don't ever get sick anymore, not a cold, sore throat, anything. They're convenient, don't have to be refrigerated. I travel alot, so that's a definite plus. They are well worth the cost vs other probiotics I've tried.

Seems like a good idea. Keep the flora growing in your gut.Very small ROUND pills, easy to swallow with no taste. Have been using them for 2 weeks and plan to do that routine every few Months (off and on) especially coming off medication that upsets your intestinal flora. (I am not a doctor but I saw one at a Holiday Inn).
