The best anthology to date in this "Best Women's" series
I always look forward to buying these anthologies every year for the fresh erotica told in these, unlike some of Ms. Violet Blue's other anthologies (all of which I own, so I know what I'm saying) where I've started noticing more than a few recycled stories from past anthologies making their way in other "so-called" new ones. But not the case with these. I do believe that these stories are always original and penned specifically for publication in this series.I have to say that I always enjoy these anthologies, but this one I think I enjoyed more than even those I've given four or five stars to in the past. This is the first time more than one story really stood out for me and that typically doesn't happen with this jaded girl. When you read as much erotica as I do, sometimes you find nothing fazes you anymore. But the three stories in here that really stood out to me were Click-Click-Click, where a woman poses for a voyeur she's never met and gives him a show that dares him to expose himself - I especially love dark voyeur themed stories that tread on stalker territory; this one did such except without the element of creepiness to it since the main character did know her voyeur if not in person, through the pictures he took of her - the next being an amusing and quickly escalating story called Accidental Transmission, where two friends doing a camera chat over the computer soon heats up when the guy accidentally forgets to turn off his camera and is literally caught doing pleasurable things to himself in view of his female friend who can't pull herself away from the spectacle...and the last, and maybe even my favorite of the three, is called Tryst of Fate, where a woman pulls over to a rundown motel after her car breaks down and where the only other person there is the handsome stud who rents her a room and then some - the twist in this one is delicious and caters to another fantasy of mine, although one I can't give away since it would spoil the twist in this story. As usual, Ms. Violet Blue accepts nothing but the absolute best quality of writing for her anthologies. This is the part when I always reiterate that I like to read a good sex story, not a good sex scene and, apparently, Ms. Violet Blue feels the same. You know, some people who might look at the price of these anthologies and think they are too much money because erotic stories are a dime a dozen now - quality erotica isn't. I don't discriminate against reading what I like to call "penny smut" because I've enjoyed those stories too from time to time, but for the most part I like my erotica to have substance. The stories you'll find in the Best Women's series move above and beyond the cliches that predominantly make up this genre and that's what I really like about them. These stories cater to all ethnicities, to all sexual orientations, and to all fetishes (On that note, I do have to bring up the disappointing lack of male submission stories in these anthologies. I think there is an overall shortage of male submission stories in general publication compared to the many, many, stories of female submission - what gives? Not all women want to be the ones on their knees, like many fantasies in BDSM would have you believe. I for one happen to be one of the ones who'd love to hold the whip to a man...).Anyway, if you've read Best Women's erotica in the past and enjoyed it, reading this one is a no brainer.

Not worth the money
I read the reviews about most of the characters in these books being one dimensional and it overall lacking luster. I thought Iโd go ahead and change it though since itโs supposed to just be about sex and just, and how three dimensional does it really need to be, right? Well, after reading three of the stories, I get it now. There was just not enough build up, not enough insight into the characters, and not enough chemistry or anything at play to make the sec seem realistic or enjoyable for me. Overall, the first four stories have just been slightly off and off putting due to the above reasons. It is about sex though, so even though I would not call this erotic, it did somewhat do the job of arousing me (with a very heavy dose of my own imagination). Overall, not completely horrible, but definitely not worth the money! If I wouldnโt have bought this on kindle, I would have returned it for a refund!

Mixed Feelings
I am still in the middle of reading this anthology but I have to say I have enjoyed several stories I have read so far. Other stories โฆ not so much. Many people have gotten it into their heads that because 50 Shades of Grey did so well, BDSM is something we all find sexy. Yes, the lead male character in 50 Shades of Grey was into BDSM. The bulk of heterosexual women are not.

Several Wild Stories
This is a book of several wild stories that are not very practical in reality, but full of good sexual encounters. It is a good book for both women and men.

Eroticism for all tastes
Violet Blue almost always chooses something for everyone in her anthologies. This is no exception. There were tales that I found inexplicable for inclusion and others that were very erotic. Not sure what others may have felt, but likely some hated what I liked and vice versa. If you liked her previous efforts you will like this. If you are new--give it a shot!

good stuff
This is good erotica. It just is. There's a lot of different stuff in here so at least some of it will make you happy.

Lots of Sexy time Stories
This was a nice collection of erotic tales. My fave one was the one with the heroine and the Crow-Man.
