BPS New Zealand 'Second Skin' Soft and Ultra Stretch Water Socks Unisex - For Beach Volleyball, Swim Fins, Water Activities

Went on a 5 day cruise and use these for our port days. We did a lot of walking inter dispersed with some swimming/snorkeling. Walking in wet flip flops sucks, so I opted for running shoes. Those however require socks and I don’t know about you, but I hate putting cotton socks on wet feet and then when the water drips down the back of your leg…..ew. These socks were cool, they offered comfort like a sock(duh) but in a lightweight and easy dry option with some reinforcement so I didn’t beat up my feat on the rocks. For things I’d mention though:1) the Velcro closure is super wide for whatever reason, I’m an average sized guy but to get the socks tight on me the Velcro was off. Immagine the little tag end only attaching to 1/4 of the other End of the Velcro2) it kept sand out alright, but if you end up with sand in your shorts you’re gunna end up with sand in your socks, such is life.That’s the end of the bad. Now a few bonus points:1) I could go from the ocean directly into shoes and it didn’t feel any different than a normal socks and shoes, it was wild.2) they’re surprisingly comfortable without shoes, I know you’d sort of expect that right? But these things are THIN and I am heavy. Long story short, no issues walking over gravel or rocks3) you look super fly, def cooler than regular water shoe folks

These water socks fit as advertised. Many times you never know if you are getting the right size. These are comfortable and adjustable around the ankle. The sole is hard enough to protect from rocks but soft enough to remain comfortable.

Kept sand out .. great for walking in hot sand , rocky beaches

Every year I burn my feet on the hot sand on vacation, these were super comfy and definitely protected my feet the whole time we were at the beach, way less sand gets in them than regular water shoes. These are also great if you don’t want your feet touching questionable things on the ocean floor or lake bed.

The sizing on these are a little wonky. I bought the XL because I am a woman's 11 and they were way too loose. I just got the large in the mail today, they fit a lot better, but the sole of the bottom is a quarter inch too short. I can deal with that though. My feet are average width, maybe a little more in the narrow side.

The beach water socks I bought came with holes in the bottom. They looked used.Update: The seller refunded & sent a new pair in time for my trip. So their customer service gave them 2 more stars from me.

Unless you got small skinny feet its really tight in the front. I only needed the back half anyways for the current sandals in using for work so i cut the front end off haha

I got these for scuba diving and they work well. I need one size larger in the fins to accommodate these booties. They have kept me blister free! One seam thread has come loose but this has not yet affected the performance or useability.

it fits okay, really feel like I am not wearing anything, yet I am.

First one I found that will fit a larger man’s foot.

I bought these to prevent the sand from entering my water shoes.Thought they would be perfect to prevent sand from entering since they have a velcro strap to tighten them at the ankle… but there’s a huge hole UNDER the strap, so it’s completely useless.I’m returning them.
