Black Talking Caller Id LCD Screen Phone With Oversized Numbers

Not what I expected. Sent back for refund-very cooperative

this phone was a great buy for my garage . I wanted a black phone with caller ID and this phone had a lot more then I thought but its a really nice phone at a nice price

The instructions are too difficult to understand or else it is defective. I did get it to call out the number which is what I wanted. However, I can't figure out how to change or soften the ring, put in people's names or set the 'special' buttons. I don't plan on using the call forwarding, so O.K.Fortunately, I have grandkids who MAY be able to understand, but right now they're busy with jobs and school. I have pressed the set/back button ... I get 'ENGLISH' and that's all. No, I don't think this one is worth what I paid for it. I may check for a cheaper one at Wal Mart, where I can return it without paying postage.

Considering returning. Instructions are printed in the size of a knat is their a paper shortage? and not clear enough to program. Had more than one person try, but all for not. Still haven't programmed 16 number call memory or the 25 number phone book or the 3 one touch speed dialing memories which was one of the main reason I purchased it. Not great or even good! Especially for seniors. Pay a little more and get a better product.

I gave this phone one star because I was not able to give a lower rating. It is a piece of junk. Instructions are poor, tone quality very poor and the speaker phone doesn't function like any other phone that I've used. It went into the trash and I procured a better, more expensive option. If you are considering this phone, run away from it as fast as you can.

Too light. It falls off the nightstand every time I pick up the receiver. Cord is way too short. Can't view it at night. I bought another one elsewhere.
