Perfect high quality decorations!
The banner letters are large and high quality card stock. They are pre-strung with a thin/sturdy organza ribbon which made for easy adjusting and lovely look. The dot banner was adorable addition, along with the twists and 40th birthday circle dangles. HIGHLY recommend this set above all the others out there!

Perfect!
These arrived quickly and were perfect for my husband's shelter-in-place birthday! We couldn't do anything crazy but I had to decorate! They were easy to assemble and had lots of fun pieces. I hung the spiral streamers all over the kitchen too.
