We do a community dinner for 130 to 250 hungry neigbors every Sunday and so we need a lot of hotel pans. While these are relatively light weight we have had no problems with warping or bending They clean easily if you spray them with cooking oil before you fill them. These are also very inexpensive! And for us, a perfect purchase!

Used these for seed starting and they have done great! Also bought more for actual serving and keeping food warm. Great for entertaining

Been using folded aluminum pans o final process dehydrated chicken feet in the large oven. They have a limited life, tend to buckle, and are hard to clean.Six of these trays were about the same price as the folded ones. They will last or a lifetime. They are a bit hotter when out of the 170 degree oven, but the sturdiness and ease of cleaning can't be best. And, they take up less space on the shelf.

These were perfect for additional Pam's. We were running into not having enough pans to marinate and to cook with. These additional pans helped us to do more than one thing at a time. And they were the perfect size.

Only complaint is the edges are pretty sharp. Need to be smoothed out.

Nice pans

We actually use these as feed pans for our flock of sheep. They hold up to the weather. They are easy to clean.

I purchased these to make lasagna for a large group. Food didn’t stick and they worked well. So far they have not scratched or warped. I host several party’s a year and theses will come in handy. I only wish that I would have purchased the lids with them.
