Great blind good quality and great price

It is a blackout blind with an easy mechanism. The way it has multiple methods and fixtures of affixing to your window is very useful - I have a small opening window at the top and a non opening pane of glass underneath it, this shields the non opening bottom section while neatly affixing itself to the opening of the top half. Backout and also quite shiny on the outside so helpful too to keep out heat during warm days. Colour is neutral enough for most decors.

I don’t think this is waterproof rather water resistant. Over time it will end up like the last blind and have signs of water damage (black mould), it is the same fabric and style as the last one I had that claimed to be waterproof. However the fitting was a lot easier than previous blinds. I had to trim the metal roller by 5 mm each side but didn’t have to cut the blind what is a positive. The easy fit spring lock is a good design. For the cost I would say it’s good value and well made. It does block the sun which is good as the sun rises to the front of our house. Overall I’m satisfied with the blind and if it lasts me 4 years then it’s definitely worth it.

Really good. Easy to fix with simple screws. Snapping in the blind takes a bit of technique but I’m useless at DIY and did each blind in about 5 mins with an electric screwdriver into wood. Probably double that if not going into wood.

Beige I chose, though IRL the color IMO is less beige and more white I worried that if I wanted blackout, this choice of color was too light Would sunlight ruin the haven I call my bed? Fear not, the blind's a champ, no light it dares to leak, No light shines through the actual blinds Only around the edges of the blinds some light peeps Recessed windows, tricky things, a gap for light to creep, But extra width I bought, a clever way to keep The shadows at bay, I bought blinds107 cm wide, Against a 91cm window, effectively protecting my darkness deep inside. One window (out of two) tamed, a trial run, Blackout magic, truly begun. Second set ordered for the second window, Since the trial run of the first window went so well and had me like whoaa I'm excited for the arrival of the blinds for the second set of windows For complete blackout of my room And the end of sleepless nights and the feeling of doom Reviews of damage, caused me to fret, But mine arrived, in perfect set. Rollout smooth, a joy to see, Pre-existing brackets (I had already installed for my curtains), set me free. Of long-term use, I cannot say, But thirty days, will light the way. For now, I wait, with sweet delight, For darkness reigns, and endless night.

This item felt a bit flimsy but seemed to work fine in the beginning but within 6 weeks the cord stopped working, not providing any grip and one day it just broke from the top 😭 terrible quality!!

I'm no DIY expert but this was easy to install. Just two drill holes and tap in screw plugs. Screw in the small brackets and then clip in the blind. Very discrete roller not taking up much room that covers a large area. I'm ordering another to cover a smaller kitchen window.
