Awesome bird bath! I am very grateful to customer service in Alpine they went above and beyond I requested a replacement for the pump because it unfortunately died and they sent me a completely new replacement not just the pump!! I did not expect that but it was awesome and I am beyond happy! Thank you for your kindness and service I will surely think of you every time I see my fountain and would definitely order future items with you!

I had a problem with a frozen nut on the pump housing and thus could not proceed to assemble the fountain. BUT, the Alpine Customer Service department was wonderful, stayed in touch with me and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently to my utmost satisfaction. I would certainly order from this company again!

A lot of items that are made in China are very good quality. This the exception. Very difficult. The holes in the pump cover, big dish, small dish were all way to small to fit over the housing shaft and had to be reamed out using a drill and reamer. . The shaft top nut was strupped and had to be cut off and a new one I bought installed. The threaded top cover had a issue also the threads in the cap were stripped. Had to use a thread chaser to use this cap. Three sheet metal screws and three washers were supplied with no instructions how to use them. I did figure that out. It attaches the pump to the base large dish. It would not start pumping as it blew a circuit breaker when plugged in. Tried to (as the instructions states) carefully grio the impeller and gently pull it out. Good luck on that. I gave up on that and spun the impeller in place and got it to pump. The cord is very stiff and difficult to instsall the pump in the base of the big dish.Very poor engineering, as when nothing fits what does someone do, In my case being a mechanic I coould make it work.Assembly time 1 hour, tools needed, Electric drill, reamer, phillips and straight blade screw drivers. Needle nose pliers, hand wrench and adjustable plier. Do not buy this unless you must reverse engineer it. I should of returned it, but knowing what I see, what I would get back would be the same.AMAZON, stop shipping this JUNK!

The media could not be loaded. Based on others reviews, I chose this birdbath because of the higher reviews over other product designs. It seems quieter and the water flow is designed to be less aggressive than most other fountains I’ve seen. My birds and even hummingbirds seem to love the design of this birdbath, the way the water gently flows/bubbles from the top of the fountain. I ordered the beautiful bronze design. Also it is very stable. The only con I found was when putting it together, the pump is tricky to get in there right. Be careful and watch the YouTube video on it first. That’s the only reason I only have 4 stars instead of 5. I love my fountain and will definitely be a repeat customer!

The best calming sound ever. The Alpine company claims on its website they have been in business sinece1999, BUT they have flatly failed on the pump. It is terrible, have no protection filter for debris and stoped working quickly. Shame on the current owners and designers to ruin the reputation of such a company over that simple issue. And the balance when it is filled with water is off. I am hopeful to I get a replacement pump, so I would revise this review.

More over the birds love it which is what I wanted to have it, so we’re both happy!! yes after a day and a half of really, really hot weather, you have to add water and as you’ll see from my video, my deck was too small to have room, but I could have it on the railing, so I didn’t install the pedestal and rather attached a railing hummingbird feeder plate and then set the top half of the new fountain with its three tiers right inside as you can see. And I’m using the pedestal for another plant. I would definitely recommend for a quick and easy set up.

I bought this fountain with high hopes that it would be a nice addition to my patio. While the pump seems to work fine so far, nothing I have done to try to level it has worked. So it will just be a crooked flowing fountain. It is very light weight and made out of plastic. But what do you expect for this price point. Over all I would not recommend to buy this fountain.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very cute it’s plastic but looks good. Worth the price. It has a soothing water sound and the 3 tier makes it a beautiful piece to any place of your home. We placed it by our front window and it looks amazing 😻
