Good flavor and blends well. Vanilla is best so you can mix-in berries and other flavors/extracts for variety. I like that it is low in carbs compared to other brands that may be a little cheaper.

I've tried other protein powders before and always had a bloated feeling afterwards so I would not take it again. I have had 3 protein shakes with this product and I really like it. Not sure if it's the Whey in it but it doesn't make me feel bloated.

My 22 year old son uses this to work out. His diet isn't great and he doesn't get enough protein. This helps

I have tried the GNC vanilla protein powder and found it overwhelming strong. So much so that I wasn’t able to drink it daily. My brother recommended that I try Elevations and I am happy I did. The powder is much finer and the taste is a pleasant vanilla flavor without being overpowering. No problem drinking one or two a day depending on my gym routine.

This is the best protein powder I have found on Amazon. It isn’t gritty but does have a great taste. We use it for protein shakes and love it!
