This is the best product I've ever used on my hair. Just a little bit leaves my hair with soft, manageable curls--and it smells wonderful. I've been using Fantasia IC Moisture Activator Gel for more than 20 years and have never ever been disappointed with the results. I'm just so thrilled that it's still available--so many lesser things come and go, but this product is the best and I can always find it and count on it. YAY!

I am a black woman with very thick and curly afro like hair. I don't know how the whole 4b/a works, but I would say that mine is pretty coarse on that scale. I usually have a hard time with gels because they are usually sticky or really drying on my hair. I used this on my hair without a leave in conditioner or anything and I was surprised by how soft and manageable my hair was. I used it with my new DENMAN brush( also from amazon), what a perfect combination. A little does go a long way, but I am still glad I bought two. I don't really do reviews on amazon, but I just had to with this product.

I really don't like writing bad reviews but this item dried out my hair and I had to return the item. I am sorry guys but it didn't work for me.

I used this years ago. I got a very bad overprocessed perm and my hair looked like straw. I have used this for a few days every day. My hair is regaining its health. My ends still look rought (may need to cut them) but the rest is softer. The aroma is pleasant. I have actually received many compliments on my hair smelling good and looking shiny and healthy. Cant wait to see the long term results.

It's good for awakening your curls, but it left my hair a bit sticky. It smells nice, and you only need a little of it. Probably won't buy this again.

After highlighting my hair and flat ironing routinely my curls have changed. It’s a constant battle with keeping my wash and go’s moisturized. I saw this product on a video for products for high porosity hair and decided to give it a try. I wet a 3 day old wash and go and simply added this product and retained moisture all day. It also put some spring back in my curls! It’s a win!

I use this to moisturize my hair and help with my curl definition. The store that I usually buy it from stopped selling it and I couldn't find it anywhere. I checked Amazon and was amazed and delighted that I could buy it. It is a little more expensive than buying it from the store, but at least I can get it. It does a great job making my hair soft, manageable and frizz free. It has no heavy scent which is good because a lot of places are scent free and I would be willing to purchase a scent free version.

Love this leave-in conditioning product! Provides the slip I need for detangling after my shampooing. Keeps my hair soft & hydrated for days. I seal it in with whisked shea butter or thick hair oil. Love it!

Not impressed found the product very grainy and didn't do any thing for my hair

best hair stuff for afro hair, and cost affective. Would use it again in a heart beat. try it now
