Cheesecake: 60 classic and original recipes for heavenly desserts

This could be considered a coffee table book for anyone who loves to look at cookbooks and not just use the recipes. I make quite a number of cheesecakes and am always willing to try new ones but while reading this book I decided while being a good read it may not be a good recipe book.I also think it's an expensive way to bake. Using creme fraiche and mascarpone cheese along with some of the other ingredients could be cost-prohibitive if on a budget!

Merci à cette auteure de nous initier aux multiples plaisirs de ce desserts typiquement US...Moi qui ne faisait que le cheesecake NY, un nouveau monde s'est ouvert à moi: pêche melba, tropical noix de coco/ananas, banoffe caramélisé, et mon préféré "toffee pecan cheescake"...recettes simples et abordables pour des amateurs ayant un niveau d'anglais moyen, des proportions en grammes, et de superbes photos! Une belle découverte!

Plenty of choice in this book, absolutely spoilt for different recipes. Recipes are simple to follow and its great because it contains plenty of recipes without egg (which my friend who this was for is allergic to). Beautiful pictures, and the recipes taste great! Would recommend for all cheesecake lovers!

Auf deutsch leider noch nicht aufzufinden..aber auf englisch sehr gut.habe auch schon einiges probiert.echt lecker..aber natürlich dickmacher:)

Il migliore libro per chi adora le cheesecake! 60 ricette, una più buona dell' altra, spiegate benissimo e solo a guardare le illustrazioni acquolina in bocca e si ingrassa di 10kg (ma ne vale la pena! 😋)

Libretto eccezionale dal punto di vista dei Cheesecakes. Tutti da fare. Ben illustrato e ricette ben spiegate. Lo avevo ordinato in italiano ma mi era arrivato in inglese. In una settimana mi è stata ritirata la copia spagliata e riconsegnata quella giusta.
