This Samsung Galaxy s10 Plus is an excellent piece of equipment. I'm happy with my purchase. I bought it, in part, because it has dual-sim capacity. I found, however, that the second sim card occupies the same slot as the micro SD card for extra memory; and the additional sim and the micro SD can't occupy the slot at the same time. So you have to choose between one or the other. Nevertheless, with the 128 gigabytes of on-board storage which the phone has, most people won't need what a micro SD card supplies. The screen edges sometimes react to touch, interacting with the applications; but when I got a case that protects the edges of the phone (which I wanted any way), I had no more problem with that.

Seller was very helpful and dependent. Product arrived on-time in new condition, received accessories, good battery life.

Only complaint for this dual sim phone was that one of the microphones came defective when not using speaker, but did not realize this until it was too late to return, since I was only using the speaker microphone for the first month. Aside from that, the phone is fine, convenience of having both my business and personal line on same phone is a blessing, having had to carry two phones simultaneously in the past, a real headache. Can't believe how few people have caught on to this.

Used equipment, torn headphones, missing charging block only have 1 and its for another country. internet does not work on phone. Battery went down 6% in ten minutes

The phone is excellent, everything worked very seamlessly. It is a very good experience to have a device that meet my expectations.
