Worth it
This worked so well when our cat kept scratching his wounds it's thick like honey with a medicinal smell. Like mint and honey. It's a honey color as well. Surprised it helped reduce the itching and I turn the scratching so he was able to heal.

excellent at healing, but consider carefully if you are using for indoor pets
i have edited my review up several stars because this ointment worked so brilliantly. this healed my dog's wounds VERY well and VERY quickly, it's INCREDIBLY effective -- but we had to apply it in quite small amounts. it's sticky, it's a bit grainy, it doesn't really absorb into the skin, and the smell is atrocious. it smells like the vet section of a feed store -- which is fine, of course, if you're using this in a barn, but you might not want the smell all over the house. (this is no doubt perfect for your herd of cows. or it's surely awesome if you have an elephant, or a llama -- but you probably need to use it sparingly and judiciously for a housepet.)

Stickiness causes bald patches
This definitely helped heal the sore on my cat’s skin, but because of how sticky it is, it stuck to his fur and pulled it off and his bald spot around the sore I got this to treat is now way bigger than it was to begin with.

Good for minor sores and cuts
Can't rate if it's good or bad be applying it once a day it takes time for sores to heal it's thick and that helps to stay in place so far it look good hope it heals I like it so far small cuts I do reach amend

Do you believe in magic? You will after using this!
This stuff is amazing! I found it after my cat licked her arm so much she created a large sore the entire length of her leg. I started using this and within days I saw major improvement. After a week and a half it was pretty much completely healed. I’m a dog groomer and I’ve worked in veterinary settings. The vets I know highly recommend this and use it in their practices. As a pet professional myself with over 25 years experience this stuff is hands down the best. Would recommend to anyone! Some times the tube gets a little clogged but just stick a toothpick in the hole and it will unclog.

Good for all your pets!
Bought this for my adventurist puppy, however I just had to use it on my cat who apparently got into a scrape of some kind and has a wound on his face. Easy to use and he didn't baulk with the application and it's healing well.
