Excellent for the Price
For the price, you really cannot beat this keyboard as a gamer. Its not as good as some of the really expensive gaming keyboards so don't expect that with this keyboard but it is still great. The lighting is very good and complementary to a flashy gaming setup. The keys feel pretty good and the board overall feels pretty high quality, even though it is plastic. I love having the media keys up top for volume up and volume down and such, I find that to be very useful. The macro keys and excellent and the software it comes with for programming macros as well as remapping the entire keyboard is really quite impressive. The keyboard is quite large which for some people can be a good or bad thing so keep that in mind, but I quite liked the size. In conclusion, for the price this is an excellent keyboard for gaming that feels pretty solid and is packed full of features and functionality. And it looks pretty cool too :)

Great product for the money.
If one is looking for a cheap and reliable keyboard that also comes with great features would recommend this one .I love everything about it and for the price you get lots of features that you would expect on a high-ended gaming keyboard first of it comes with 3 different colored modes(blue, red and purple) which are nice and bright and is great for my build scene my theme is red. It has a nice feel to the keys they aren't very loud and have a nice gloss finish over the keys. Another plus to this keyboard would have to be the wrist rest this was also a great feature that Thermaltake added and finally if you are a gamer like me it has a 6-8 ghosting keys so its great for games and wont give you delay. Overall this keyboard is great for 29.99 so glad i went with it.ConsThe wrist rest should be detachableThe keyboard needs more colors

Good for 'quiet' gaming
I actually ordered this by accident. I was looking for a membrane gaming keyboard to replace my (very loud) mechanical gaming keyboard. I added this one to my cart as a place holder with the intention checking out other options later when I had more time. Forgot about it, ordered some other items, and purchased this keyboard by mistake. I'm glad that I did!It creates far less noise than my supposedly 'silent' mechanical gaming keyboard, but is not as quiet as a low profile scissor-switch membrane keyboard I had previously (which was not good for gaming as it did not have N-key rollover). There are a few things that I do not like about this keyboard. The size/placement of the keys around WASD just feels a little off compared to other gaming keyboards which I have used, but I am becoming accustomed to it. The 'Game-Mode', which disables the super-key (Windows key), really should be a dedicated back-lit key instead of Fn+PrtScr, and there is no visual indication that 'Game-Mode' is even activated. Last, but not least, I wish there was a green, or even white, back-lighting option. I find red too jarring (personal preference on my part), and blue is known to cause eye strain. The third option is a sort of purplish-pink color, which I just don't like.Otherwise, this is a well crafted, and quiet (but not silent), gaming keyboard at a great price. Seriously, I have not found anything better that has 'N-key rollover' AND back-lighting in the $30 range!

Thermaltake has some good products. This one could be one if the software they provide on their website worked well for Win10 PRO 64bit...Although I read that many people have had problems with their software on win 7 & 8 too.CONs1. It's a pain to install because thermaltake doesn't make finding the software easy. I had to go through forums and it doesn't work.2. Recording a macro key sequence sometimes adds a "cntrl" key stroke and always adds a loop as soon as you hit the first key stroke regardless if you set this to 0 loops before or not.- Meaning as soon as you start to record say "t, y, u, enter" as a macro sequence, it will record, "cntrl+t+t+cntrl, cntrl+y+y+cntrl, ect...."3. Trying to set the macro key hotkey "in-game" results in a duplicate command. Like if you have a specific weapon or ability on "key 6" and want to add a taunt or an open menu command to "T6" - the bottom most macro on the left, It will show the "T6" macro key assignment as just "key 6" in your game hotkeys and does nothing in game.4. The "Gaming" setting says it enables some features...not sure which ones but I did notice it actually disables most of the "fn" keys including screen shots...why???5. Does not hold M1, M2, or M3 profiles or switch between them at all even though it can be confirmed in their program that they are set. The LED flashes and then resets to the default.6. Multi-media key response is very delayed "in game" if they work at all.7. The purple color back-light is actually pink on this model.8. The support portion of their website is hard to navigate and there are no real solutions to these problems, only for the actual install process bugs. The Admin who responds to the forums just says "I have that problem too."PRO's1. Back-light is indeed dim-able and does change color from Blue-Red-Pink.2. Media keys work in Windows3. Most all standard keys work in game - not micro, profile selectors, or fn.3. Wrist rests are decent and comfortable while adding some minor grip. All in all, not what I expected from Thermaltake but probably what you should expect from a $25 purchase. Other people on their website reported having problems with other operating systems so check that before to save yourself time. The games I tested this keyboard on were Dota 2, X3AP, Black Ops 2, Skyrim, and Borderlands 2.
