Good quality, nice looking board, better than metal paddle
Bought this as our pizzas were sticking to our aluminium Ooni paddle. Put a bit of semolina on it first, and it works a lot better than the metal one, although we still use that to move the pizza around in the oven. Should have bought one earlier!

For all those disappointed with their purchase of a plywood peel then this would be worth a try. Seems really nicely made and even my wife commented on how good it looked.Not the biggest peel in the world so bear that in mind if you like producing 16" monsters!

Perfect for the Ooni pizza oven
This is great to have to launch in an Ooni oven. The quality is good and is the perfect size for launching.We had a pizza party and using this on the side and the peel to turn made things a lot simpler and quicker

Great item
Great item. Pizza doesn't stick when transferring. Ended up buying two. Only criticism is that I found I needed to use tongs to lift the edge of the pizza before sliding this under to get pizza out of the oven.

Lovely paddle
Love the fact this paddle can be used to serve the pizza on as well as oven use. Was a present and recipient loved the gift.

All you need in a perfect pizza shovel
I find this easy to use and my pizza's easily slide in and out of my oven. You do need to put something on the peel to stop your pizza sticking and use correct method. I love mine and every pizza has been perfect. Nice size too for a large pizza.
