pain ease back wrap
I've owned this for around a month now, and used it every day for 3 weeks. The first impression out of the box is that it appears to be well made. The first impression on putting it on (you first have to make the pad damp with water) is that it's cold and very unpleasant. Once that sensation has been overcome, the next overwhelming impression is one of surprise that nothing appears to be happening at all. No feeling of warmth, tingling, vibration, nothing at all. But by this time you are quite pleased that your body temperature has warmed up the cold damp pad. So you keep wearing it thinking that it will miraculously heal you anyway despite feeling nothing from it at all. You feel that perseverence and faith are the keys to success and keep going with it for 3 weeks. During which time I have checked and rechecked the instructions countless times. The battery has power and the pad has been wet and correctly placed. Unfortunately my back pain remains unchanged.Via Amazon I contacted the suppliers and had a very nice chat with an adviser who apparently also uses one. Sadly he could offer no further advice and regretted to tell me that although some suppliers offered a money-back trial period(I wish he hadn't told me that), they do not. All he could suggest was that I contact the makers in Hungary. An email to whom is still unanswered, and the phone is also never answered. So I don't really know if this device is actually functioning or broken. There's no way to tell and no one appears that bothered. It's a very clever thing. You want to believe it will help you and apparently a lot of people have been helped by it. But after 3 weeks you have to accept that it clearly isn't helping you and the only way you can improve your day now is by giving yourself permission not to bother with it anymore (it really is very cold and unpleasant). And that really does cheer you up quite a lot.So I'm £46 poorer. Someone is £46 better off. My back still hurts. And I wish I hadn't wasted my money. But I suppose if enough people say that something is happening, then it must be happening.Emperor's New Clothes? I'll leave you to draw your own conclusion.ps The website wont accept a 0 star rating so I've had to give it 1.
