Quality was my biggest concern when shopping...
So far so good, day 3 commuting. I really like the way the scooter folds it makes it very easy to carry. Also having the entire motor encompassed in the front wheel has made travel very easy. As it compares to the scooters that I have rented it travels at about the same speed maybe slightly less take off (I'm 210 lbs. with my gear) however I feel that it's quality far surpasses the average rental. The light is bright but not bright enough to offer any real support unless you're an absolute pitch black. But you shouldn't be counting on that anyway, It's more of a warning to other vehicles. I mainly travel in the city block to block so I find cruise control more annoying then I do useful however I could see how it would be very useful if you were going in the same direction and the same speed for some time. Battery life seems really good and I average somewhere between 10 and 13 miles an hour once I'm going full speed. Bottom line is I would recommend this to my friends and deftly think this scooter is a great buy at its current price. Based on my calculations if I rented a scooter 5 days a week for an average of $6 A-day it would take me approximately 13 weeks of using the scooter to pay for this item so it clearly pays for itself in no time at all. I'm very happy with my purchase And will update my review after some time has passed.3rd week or so, update: I may be starting to notice 3 things with the scooter. 1st based on my GPS and simple math, I am only getting about 8 and a 1/2 miles on a full charge. This is significantly less then what I was getting a few days ago. 2nd I am starting to notice that the cruise control speed has dropped from around 13 miles an hour to somewhere between 11 and 12 miles an hour. I also believe that the take off speed has decreased. I have I noticed this when crossing intersections. I'm going to give it a few more days to make sure that these problems are accurate after another charge. I do know that aside from the problems I may be experiencing I am happy with this scooter as a daily commuter, And if this scooter experienced a problem I would likely exchange it for another one with higher hopes.I have been contacted by customer service for Macwheel and they have been helpful and offered me some troubleshooting help for the issues I am having. I appreciate that and am happy with the service and help. I feel confident with my purchase. The tips should hopefully help. I will update soon. Thank you!User error. This is an awesome scooter. Charging for 5 to 6 hours gave me a full charge and solved the issues I was having. Thank you customer service! 5 stars!!!!Stop looking and buy this scooter. Its awesome and backed by great customer service!6 month updste: Still a great scooter, battery is still good and ride is still smooth. It gets 5 day a week use.

Happy with our new toys
We love our scooters. I am 235Lbs so my wife can go much further on them. We just switch scooters in middle of ride to help balance that out. I would say average 13mph and 10 to 12 miles. 15mph downhill. Overall great buy.

Great scooter, a few kinks to work out before riding, overstated battery life EDITED: 7/22
After using every type of scooter under the moon from Uber, Lyft, Bird and Lime for everything from commuting to work to getting around for fun, I decided it was time to buy one for myself. I knew that I needed something powerful as I'm pushing 200lbs and something durable as the roads I travel are a bit bumpy and not well taken care of. This scooter ticked all the boxes with its 350 watt motor and large, non-pneumatic tires. I hit speeds of around 14mph on flat land and it easily gets me to and from work which is about 5 miles round trip. This scooter would have gotten 5 stars if it hadn't been for the work I had to do on it before I rode it. On first ride I noticed that the brakes were rubbing pretty badly , so I had to spend an hour or so fidgeting with the brake, which is very similar to a bicycle brake, to find the optimal positioning. This would be very difficult to do for someone without bicycle brake repair experience. I also found that the stem was rotated a few degrees off center, so the handlebars were pointing slightly right relative to the front wheel. This created a very awkward ride. This was a fairly simple adjustment on the bottom of the stem where it folds, but still a hassle nonetheless.Overall it is a great scooter for the price, but expect to fine tune some things once it arrives.EDIT: 7/22/2019I've been riding the scooter on a daily basis to and from work, which is about 6 miles total. Today, I realized I had forgotten to charge the scooter over the weekend, but remembering the stated 18 mile range the battery has I figured I could get at least one more 3 mile trip out of it. Well, I was wrong. It didn't make it all the way to work so total I'd say I get about 8.5 miles to one full charge. I'm 200lbs and the trip does have some hills but a full 10 miles less than the stated maximum trip is pretty ridiculous. I knocked one star off because this isn't a huge inconvenience for me, but it definitely may be for some.

Strong power motor and worry free airless tires
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I was so excited to get this electric scooter. As soon as I opened the box, I couldn't wait to ride it around. The power is so great. 350W motor provides much quicker speed up. Riding in the high speed, I feel the wind in the my hair. I can go anywhere I want, perhaps I will ask my friends to join me. What surprised me most was the foam filled tires. Totally worry free! That's amazing! Never mind your tires will broken or being punched. And it is so much of convenient that tires need less maintenance. Save lots of time and money. Nice product!

No main website however they're on Facebook.
I just took this thing for a test ride, at around 150 lb. I was able to go about 10-11 miles on a full charge on mostly flats and some slight inclines. at 100% I was going at least 15 mph (until the cruise control kicks in that gets you 13 mph average, careful when this is activated that you don't crash!) , slowing down after 50% battery but still taking me up gradual hills and flats at around 10-12 mph. had about 3 hr charge and 1 hour running time at full throttle. The brakes kick A$$, saved me big time when someone opened a door in front of me, the tires being non-air filled were still smooth riding and had good traction which kept me feeling pretty comfortable.Unfortunately their website isn't actually running to be able to register your warranty, however they do have a Facebook..

This rides real well on sidewalks barely feel the bumps and is very quick I’m 230lbs and this gets me to 16.3 miles an hour I commute 8 miles one way to work and not flat surfaces and I have 3 battery bars by the time I get there. I have no doubt that this will get 17 to 18 miles so far very happy with it
